Saiyyam’s Past part 1

It was 12:30 am and everyone was asleep. Saiyyam was lying in bed tossing and turning in his sleep.

Saiyyam: No. No. No. I’m sorry. Please don’t hurt me. Please. (Saiyyam cried in his sleep)

Due the noise Saiyyam was making Krishna had awoken from her peaceful sleep.

Saiyyam: Please. I’m sorry. Don’t hit me. Please.

Krishna: Saiyyam (Krishna said running towards him)

She sat onto his bed and held his hand.

Krishna: Saiyyam. Saiyyam what happened. Are you okay?

Saiyyam: No. No. No. Krishna save me please.

Krishna: From who Saiyyam?

Saiyyam: He’s back, he’s back, he’s going to hurt me (Saiyyam cries in his sleep)

Krishna: Who Saiyyam, whose going to hurt you? ( Krishna asks in a soothing voice while cradling Saiyyam’s head in her lap)

By this time Saiyyam eyes were flowing with tears and he whimpered in fear.

Krishna: Saiyyam (Krishna says hugging him and rubbing his back in comfort)

Saiyyam: Krishna please don’t go. Please stay hear. He’s back. He’s back. (He cries hugging Krishna tightly.

Krishna: Don’t worry Saiyyam. I’m not going anywhere.

Krishna laid Saiyyam’s head into her lap and rubbed him head. After a few minutes she could hear quiet snoring coming from Saiyyam. She could feel tears prick her eyes and role down her cheek.

Krishna: (What just happened? Why is Saiyyam so scared? I’ll ask him in the morning.) Krishna thought to herself.

She was about to go back to her bed but stopped as she realised that Saiyyam’s head was on her lap. Not wanting to wake him up she stayed on the bed and fell into a deep sleep.

Morning

Krishna awoke to find Saiyyam still laying on her lap. She smiled at his innocent face he made as he slept. She stopped smiling when she remembered the events of the night before.

Krishna: (Should I ask Saiyyam about last night?) Krishna thinks.

She gently moved Saiyyam’s head from her lap and laid him down onto a pillow. She then went to her cupboard and took some clothes and a towel out. She went into the bathroom and had a shower.

Once she had, had a shower she dried her hair and put her vermillion on. She got up and was about to walk outside when she noticed that Saiyyam was still asleep. She decided not to wake him up and walked out of the room.

Krishna: Good morning Suhani aunty. (Krishna says as she walked into the kitchen)

Suhani: Good morning Krishna.

Suhani: Krishna can you call everyone for breakfast!

Krishna: Sure aunty.

Krishna walked into her room and saw Saiyyam sitting on the edge of his bed, his head in his hands.

Krishna: Saiyyam, are you okay?

Saiyyam: Yeah, yeah I’m fine.

Krishna: Okay. Breakfast is ready, come on.

Saiyyam: No, it’s okay. I’m not hungry.

Krishna: Saiyyam are you sure? You need to eat something.

Saiyyam: Krishna please. I’m not hungry.

Krishna: Okay. (She whispered walking out of the room)
