Designer Saisha Shinde who made her television debut with Lock Upp is back to her normal life now. Saisha was considered one of the strong contenders for the trophy but was evicted from the show right before the finale. During a recent interview, Saisha talked about her journey on the show and more.
Talking about Munawar Faruqui becoming the winner of the first season of Lock Upp, Saisha shared, “Munawar ek special insaan hai, ye show uske hi naseeb mein likha tha. Main chahti thi ki wo hi jeete aur jab wo show jeeta to mujhe laga ki main bhi jeet gayi.”
Saisha also spoke about Payal Rohatgi being the first runner up. She said, “Payal mein bhi saari qualities hai jiske chalte wo winner ban sakti thi. Lekin, main nahi chahti thi ki wo show jeete. Is show ka winner jo hai wo ek inspiration hona chahiye, usko ek example set karna chahiye. Jis tareeke se Payal ne apna game khela mujhe nahi laga ki wo inspiring hai. Kyunki agar 20 contestants mein se agar ek bhi aapka dost nahi hai to wo batata hai ki aap kaise ho.”
Saisha further shared that she would have loved to see any of her friends win the show including Azma Fallah. When asked about her bond with Munawar Saisha shared that it wasn’t planned and everything that happened was a result of her instant reactions to what he made her feel.
