SAB TV had long ago, declared a new show for streaming on the small screen which focused on the daily event stories of a police station with female cops in a comedy- situational manner.
The show, MAHILA THANA, had been very sought for among the viewers since its announcement. The show is a comedy drama produced by JAY MEHTA productions. It revolves around a police station wherein the head cops are women.
To speak of the famous actors gracing this show include Phir Subah Hogi fame, Gulki Joshi, Sonali Naik, lead in Gathabndhan. Jiji May fame Bhavika Sharma as well as Yukti Kapoor will be the actors playing the role of cops in this extremely awaited sit-com.
The small screen had waited a long time after the last such show in which the public had absolutely loved the character of Chautala, lady inspector in a similarly situated comedy drama. Women are now leads in many series and playing the protagonists, be it a drama, comedy or crime-thriller.
The men, on the other hand, include Partners fame Yashkant Sharma and Gaurav Wadhwa known for his role in Thapki Pyar Ki. They will be seen opposite Bhavika Sharma.
The show will air from 10th February, 2020 at 10 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
