The Episode starts with Shivam looking at unconscious Vedika. Nurse tells him that their blood matched and asks him to come inside for blood transfusion. She goes. Shivam thinks they have the same blood. He thinks of his moments with her. Maa main teri…..song plays…..He touches her feet and gives his blood. He then gets up and touches her feet and goes out. He stands outside for sometime. Nityam comes to the hospital and talks to the doctor. Shivam goes. Nityam comes and looks at Vedika through the window pane. He goes to side. Shivam comes, looks at Vedika through the window pane and leaves. Saavi comes to Nityam and says I have checked in all blood banks but couldn’t get blood in any bank. She asks if Maa will be saved and asks him to tell. She says you have many connections and cries
Saavi comes to Vedika. She says once you get fine, I will fight with you for hiding with me. Vedika says in unconscious state that Raksham had come here and gave blood to her. Sonam is in Shivam’s house, and thinks what is his relation with Vedika? Shivam comes there. Sonam thanks him for saving his life. She asks what is his relation with Vedika? Shivam says Vedika Dalmia is my mother. Sonam says Nityam is your brother. Shivam says I will tell you everything, but you shall not tell anyone. Nityam comes to Vedika and hears Vedika saying Raksham is my son. Saavi asks where is he? Nityam tells Saavi that he wants to talk to Maa, alone. Saavi says she will be standing outside, bestie. She goes out. Nityam sits and says you have lied to me for Raksham Bhaiyya. Vedika says I just now gained consciousness and you are asking me this. Nityam says you lied to me, that you was here only and didn’t go to Gwalior. Vedika says you don’t want to understand my love for Raksham. Nityam asks her to rest. Vedika says truth is that I yearn for him, I love him like you hate him. She says I celebrate his birthday and do puja for his long live. I don’t tell you, as you hate him, I can’t hate him. She says I celebrate his birthday every year. Saavi hears them and thinks where is Raksham?
Shivam tells Sonam that she shall not tell anyone. She asks you are Raksham Dalmia and Nityam is your real brother. Shivam says yes. He says yes, this is my Mamma, Papa, Bittu and Gattu’s photo. He says you might feel less bad that I got saved from your fire. Sonam says I didn’t light the fire, and tells that he don’t have to lie to her, she will marry him anyhow, and asks him to move the photos from the wall. Shivam stops her and tells that this is his family. Sonam asks why did you hide this from me? Shivam says it doesn’t matter, as you said that you want to marry me in any circumstances. Sonam asks if dalmia’s know about it. Shivam says we have all life to talk, and says I will drop you home. Sonam thinks she was planning to marry Nityam, but the guy who was behind her, is also Dalmia.
Precap: Dimpy says to Sonam, Raksham Dalmiya, Nityam’s that brother who has vanished from this house long back but now he is going to have 50% in the will.
Sonam dreams about becoming a Dalmiya again. Shivam is in hospital. Nityam and Saavi walk in and ask for person who donated his mother blood. Nurse tells them to check CCTV footage. Nityam and Saavi check CCTV footage.
