The Episode starts with everyone going after the puja. Saavi tells Nityam that she has some work and asks him to go. Nityam goes. Sonam hears them and goes. Himesh sits in his car. Raksham comes and sits in Nityam’s car. Raksham pretends to be on call and asks Nityam to go with Himesh, says he has to go and meet lawyer. Sonam comes there and asks Nityam to open the door. Nityam opens the car door. Sonam sits inside. Nityam goes and sits in Himesh’s car. Raksham calls his father and asks him to do something. Sonam tells Raksham that Nityam’s face has become dull. Saavi meets Razzak and tells him about the attack on Nityam. Nityam comes to the office and sees Dalmia Industries board and recalls getting it fixed. Raksham comes there with Sonam. Nityam says I got this board fix myself. Raksham says everything is yours, and tells that you will get it after all the charges are relieved from you. Razzak says who can be the conspiractor. Saavi says she doesn’t know who is the person in the house, who is doing this and says I will do what I shall do? Nityam comes to the office. Kiran says good morning Sir. Raksham asks him to come. Some investors are waiting. Raksham tells Mr. Mehta that he shall say good morning to Nityam. Nityam says lets end the work for what we have come. He looks at his chair. Raksham thinks look at this office and chair, your time is up, neither this chair will be yours nor this office. Nityam says I am resigning from the CEO post and in my absence, signing authority will be with Raksham. Mr. Mehta says good decision. Other investor asks Nityam to think again, and says if we sit then can take out some solution. Himesh also asks him to rethink. Nityam says this is my final statement. Kiran shows the resignation papers. Nityam takes his pen and gathers his courage to sign.

Saavi and Razzak go to the PS. Inspector checks Dalmia house garden CCTV footage. Saavi tells Inspector that she has seen this guy talking to someone and tells that he has tattoo on his hand. Inspector says any crowd attacked him. Saavi says they were goons and the attack was planned. She asks him to find out. Nityam signs. Raksham and Sonam smiles. Saavi tells Inspector that he is not understanding and says first so much cash was found in the house, and then the attack. Inspector doesn’t want to do anything and asks Razzak to take her. Saavi tells that she wants to know about the tattoo guy. Inspector asks her to go.

Nityam closes the file and then closes his eyes. Raksham aims at the chair. Nityam tells Raksham that the Dalmia group of companies, this chair and office is yours now. He handovers the file to Raksham and asks him to handle his responsibilities. Raksham takes the file. Sonam gets a call from Inspector who tells her that Saavi had come. Sonam says she will do something. This shows Inspector is brought by Raksham and Sonam. Raksham looks at the chair.

Sonam goes to Raksham and whispers to him that Saavi has reached PS, what to tell Inspector. Raksham says no Bittu, I have no right on this chair and office, this chair and company is always yours, and that’s why I want to tell everyone that Dalmia Industries will be Nityam’s property always, and until the charges are relieved, I will take care of this company as Nityam’s safe keeping sitting on the chair. Nityam gets emotional and hugs him. Raksham looks on with his evil eyes. Saavi reaches there and sees Nityam thanking Raksham, and saying that he never trusted him before. He says I am sure that everything will be fine.

Vedika asks Saavi, what was the need to go to PS. Saavi says it was necessary and tells that I went to find out. Sonam has complained to Vedika about Saavi. She asks Saavi what was the need to go with auto gang? Saavi says she went with Razzak bhai. Sonam says I told Saavi that she is Dalmia family bahu and says it doesn’t look nice to do drama, and says it is good that Inspector called me and I have handled all the matter. Saavi says I went there to enquire about the attacker. Sonam argues. Raksham stops Sonam. He tells Saavi that Sonam is right and says Nityam is worried, if you do this then will give a chance to media to ruin our respect. He says I talked to Commissioner and he is handling the case. He asks her to trust him and says I will handle everything and asks her to spend time with Nityam. Saavi is not convinced and thinks nobody will believe me until I have the strong proof.

Precap: Nityam and Saavi come to the restaurant and have food. Raksham says my younger brother went on the date, so this will be his last date. Nityam gives his cards for the bill payment, but his cards are blocked. The manager asks him to pay the bill and leave. Raksham and Sonam smiles happily for their cheat.
