Gauri looked at Omkara.He was drinking liquor without any control.She was shocked.

Milke tumse khush hoon lekin
Dil hai phir bhi, uljha uljha

She walked to him.
G:What are you doing?You are drinking too much.
Om:Why should you mind?

G:I mind.Because..because…
Om:Are you my beloved?
Gauri’s heart got pierced.

Door kar de, paas aa kar
Kal humein na koi lamha

Her lips shivered:No.But you are my best friend and I can’t see my best friend destroying himself.
She pulled the drink from him.
Om:What are you doing?
G:Enough of drinking.

Gauri dragged him out.
Om:Party is not over yet.
G:But you need not be here.You are staying in the same house.Right?I will drop you there.You can’t drive in this drunken condition.
Gauri pushed him inside the car and started driving.She looked at him painfully.

Pad jaaye na, dil pe kahin
Gham ka nishaan o sathiya

They reached the house.Gauri pulled him out and led him to the verandah and rang the bell.
Gopi opened the door.She was stunned seeing Omkara with Gauri.
Jaggi came with shock.
Gauri:Jaggi bhaiyya..Gopi didi…you both did’nt recognize me?I am Gauri.Omkara’s best friend and your junior in school.
Jaggi:You think we did’nt recognize you?
Gopi smiled emotionally:We remember you very well Gauri.
Gopi hugged Gauri.Gauri was very happy.
Gauri:I thought you both forgot me.
Jaggi:Even if you forget us we won’t forget you Gauri.
Gopi:In fact we wanted Omkara to meet his childhood friend Gauri at the reunion party.

Gauri smiled.
Gauri:Omkara is drunk.That’s why I brought him here.
Omkara was standing still.
Jaggi:We understood.He always gets drunk.So we are not shocked.
Gauri:Why are you both not controlling him?
Jaggi:After we lost our parents I became Om’s father.But still he does’nt listen to me now.After he lost his love he is out of control.
Gauri became upset.
G:I can’t leave Omkara like this.Gopi didi..please show Omkara’s room.
Gopi showed her the room.Gauri opened the bathroom and led Omkara to the bathroom.She took a bucket of water and poured it upon him.

Om yelled:What are you doing?
Gauri:You were not in your senses because of drinks.So I poured cold water on you.
Om:What is your problem if I drink or not?
G:I had answered this question before itself.But you were not in your senses.I am your friend.So I won’t let you get destroyed.Why are you drinking?

Pad jaaye na, dil pe kahin
Gham ka nishaan o sathiya

Om:Because I want to forget my pain.

G:You fool.Drinks won’t help you to forget your pain.You are a selfish creature.You think you are doing this because you are Rohini’s true lover?But you are wrong.Rohini will hate it if she watches it from heaven.And have you ever thought of your brother and bhabhi who love you like your parents?How much pain are you giving them?

Om’s heart got pierced.

Gauri saw a liquor bottle on the table.She took it and gave it to him.
G:If you can’t understand then drink this.
Om was lost in thoughts.Then he threw the bottle breaking it and cried bitterly.
Jaggi Gopi Gauri smiled tearfully.

Gauri wiped Omkara’s tears looking deeply at his teary eyes.

She took the towel and wiped his wet hair.

G:Change your attire.Otherwise your doctor brother bhabhi will have more work looking after you.I have to leave now.Will visit you later..you duffer.
Gauri got out of the room.Jaggi Gopi followed her.
Gopi:Thank you Gauri.Because of you I think Omkara will stop drinking.
Jaggi:Gauri…You are having a very good influence on him now also like before.
Gauri smiled bidding them good bye.

Gauri went back home.
Avantika:Gauri..did you see Omkara?What’s his attitude towards you?
Gauri was in tears.

Kaal:What happened Gauri?
Raja:Tell fast.
Rani:Gauri..relax and tell.
Gauri told them everything.
They were shocked.
Gauri cried hugging Rani and Rani tried to console her.

Avantika Kaal in the room.
Avantika:What Omkara loves Rohini?
Kaal:How can he?
Raja:I can’t understand anything.
Rani:But I know everything.I know why Omkara loved Rohini and why and how she died.

All were looking at Rani eagerly.
Rani told them something.
They all were in shock.
Raja:Whatever Omkara and Gauri should unite.
Kaal:Let Gauri heal Omkara’s wounds like she wishes.It will bring them closer.
Avantika:But why this twisted way?Why can’t Gauri just confess her love to Omkara and Omkara just accept her?
Kaal:Life is complicated and love is too complicated Avantika.
Avan:I just want my daughter to be happy.

Rani:Very soon they will unite and happiness will be spread everywhere.Just wait mummiji.
