Kokila taunts Gopi tha she is in such a hurry to prove her culprit husband innocent . Gopi tries to speak. Kokila shouts she does not need her explanation, she can argue in court. Gopi says explanation are given when someone is innocent and arguments are made to prove guilty as innocent. Their argument continues. Kokila’s lawyer tells her that court hearing will start andthey have to go. They all get into court. Gopi waits for Jaggi to come and give statement. Urmila calls Jaggi and asks where is he. He says he is in hospital as Chanda needs blood transfusion and nurse has taken everyone’s blood. Nurse comes and says only Dharam’s blood is matching and takes him in. Gaura smirks.

Court hearing starts. Gopi tells judge that Jaggi’s advocate Kanta ben has not come yet. Kokila’s lawyer advocate Shah requests judge to postpone hearing. Gopi requests not to and says she heard if defence does not have lawyer, defence can fight his/her case, so she wants to fight case on Jaggi’s behalf. Advocate Shah tells judge cannot grant this permission, but judge permits Gopi. Shah tells Jaggi was heavily inebriated and rammed his truck to Ahem’s ccar pushing car from cliff. Gopi tells it is true Jaggi rammed car, but Ahem was in taxi and not in car. Judge asks if she has any proof. Gopi says yes. Judge asks to show it.

Shah starts tarnishing Gopi’s image that she is already married thrice and is a habituated to marry repeatedly. Earlier she was Gopi Ahem Modi, then Gopi Krishna Raheja, and now Gopi Jaggi Modi. Gopi just wants to save her present husband Jaggi. Kokila warns him to fight Ahem’s case and not tarnish Gopi’s image. Shah says it is necessary and continues tarnishing Gopi’s image. In hospital, doc informs that Shravan’s blood group is matching instead of Dharam’s and nurse made a mistake. Dharam scolds him and rushes towards court.

Shah continues tarnishing Gopi’s image. Kokila in her usual style shouts to shut up and tells she filed case to get justice to her son and not tarnish Gopi’s image. She shouts that Shah can go now, she will fight case from hereon. Judge says she cannot fight case and can speak in witness box. Kokila gets into witness box and shouts two accident happened that day, Jaggi truck rammed Ahem’s car and another truck rammed taxi, she just needs Jaggi be punished for Ahem’s murder.

Gaura is in Chanda’s ICU room when nurse sees Chanda getting conscious and goes out to call doc. Gaura thinks if Chanda gets conscious, she will be in trouble. She gets up from her wheelchair and removes Chanda’s oxygen mask and gets back on her chair. Doc comes and checks Chanda. Gaura says nurse told Chanda is getting conscious, what happened now. Doc pronounces Chanda dead. Whole family is shocked.

Dharam reaches court. Gopi says he is the eye witness she was talking about and he will prove Jaggi innocent.

Precap: Judge announces that he is rejecting Kokila’s bail cancellation requests and is continuing Jaggi’s bail Kokila fumes and Gopi tries to speak to her.
