Kanak’s puppet doctor ties Gehna and tries to give her electric shock when Anant’s doppelganger Dr. Siddharth Mukherjee enters. Gehna gets happy seeing him. Tere liye Hum Hain Jiye Hoton Ko Siye.. song plays in the background. She calls him Anant ji. He asks who is Anant ji, she is mistaken, he is not Anant; asks doctor why he has tied Gehna Desai and giving her electric shock when she has only mild mental trauma. Doctor says she was getting aggressive. Siddharth asks where is anesthesiologist and consent form. Doctor gets tensed. Siddharth says he doesn’t have consent form and took decision himself to end Gehna’s chapter. He frees Gehna and says he will get doctor suspended for his unethical practices. Gehna says she told Baa and Bapuji that Anant ji saved her before and they will be happy to see him back. He says he is Siddharth Mukherjee. She walks towards him. He stops her and says he doesn’t like unwanted calls, she should take medicines and remember his name. She tries to hug him again, but he stops and walks away asking nurse to take care of her. She runs behind him asking why he is doing this. He asks if she is mad to follow him, actually she is insane, and asks her to go back in. She continues asking why he is doing this to her. He says he is Dr. Siddharth and not Anant, she shouldn’t think of running away and force him to think that he made a mistake by saving her from electric shock. He gets into his car. She tries to run behind him and clashes with a thief. Two women catch Gehna and insist her to return their gold chain and bangles. Gehna frees herself and rushes to Siddharth’s car. Siddharth gets out of car scolding ladies and wipes his car saying he is possessive about his brand new car and they spoilt it. Gehna pleads to save her. He says she was following him like a psychopath and has now become a wet cat in front of these women. Gehna tells ladies that she is Gehna and another girl stole their gehne/jewelry, so they should catch her instead. They push her and run away. She hits her head on car and falls unconscious. Siddharth holds her.

At home, Baa feels that not only Gehna but even her Anant is back. She excitedly opens door, but then gets disappointed seeing no one around and walks back. Siddharth removes his shoes outside the house, steps on a glass piece and writhes in pain. Everyone looks at door and are amazed seeing Anant back carrying unconscious Gehna. Gehna wakes up. Baa pampers him emotionally calling him Anant and says Gehna’s trust was true; she prays god for returning Anant and Gehna back. Bapuji pampers him next. Siddharth says their son Anant is back, he was eager to meet them and cried a lot when he was away from them. He acts as crying holding baa’s hands and then laughs loudly and claps, says whole family is dramebaaz; he thought this girl is mad, but whole family is, especially 60+ oldie gold motherly type baa . He insults baa saying woman goes mad after 60, so she should pester her husband and not him. Baa asks why is he doing this. He asks what is she doing.

Kanak asks him to stop his drama. Siddharth says she looks a walkie-talkie wearing designer sari. Pankaj asks Anant that what has happened to him. Sidharth says Krishna looks sensible and he should tell what is happening here. Baa asks not to play with his mother’s emotions and goes to bring his photo. He walks away warning them not to waste his time. Baa returns with Anant’s photo and cries that Kanhaji sent happiness and took it away. Kanak thinks who that boy was who looks like Anant.

Precap: Gehna prays god to give her strength to prove Anant is not a traitor, she will prove her husband innocent this navratri.
