Suhani’s aide ordres Gehna to write a letter to Surya that she doesn’t love him, is pregnant and is going away from him. Gehna writes a letter as per his instructions to save Urmila’s life. At the police station, Surya expresses his immense love for Gehna in front of Agastya and says he can do anything to find her. Agastya says even he loves Gehna as a friend and even he can do anything and use his sources to find her. Surya says he can do whatever he wants to and leaves.
Shreya feels guilty for lying to Gehna while Gehna supported her always and decides to tell the truth to Surya. She thinks Suhani will not free Kartick if she finds out that she revealed the truth to Surya, but she has a way to inform Surya that Gehna is in danger. Gehna asks Suhani’s aide to switch off the AC or else she will not give the letter. He does so and asks her to throw the letter outside. She asks him to shift Urmila to the hospital first. He laughs. She faints again.
Surya recalls the quality moments spent with Gehna. He imagines Gehna and asks her where was she till now. She says she knows that he can’t live without her and loves her immensely and would come to to find her. He lies to her that he don’t love her. She insists him to accept that he loves her and was wandering nervously worried for her. She further asks him to stop the fake divorce drama. He says she is his responsibility till they are divorced. She asks to deny that he loves her. He shouts that he doesn’t love her. She makes him touch his heart and asks him to accept that he loves her. He realizes that it was his imagination and prays to God to protect Gehna.
Suhani’s aide takes the letter from Gehna and locks the cold storage again. Suhani via live CCTV footage watches Gehna and Urmila unconscious and says no one will come to save Gehna. Shreya brings a letter to Surya’s room, hides seeing Suhani entering the room, and keeps the letter under the pillow. When she comes out, she gets shocked seeing Suhani standing in front of her. Suhani finds the letter, reads it, and asks if she wants wrong to happen with Kartik. Shreya pleads her not to harm Kartick. Suhani warns her not to repeat it and walks away.
Surya sadly informs family that he couldn’t find Gehna. Suhani burns Shreya’s letter and tells Sarika that everything will be over once Surya reads Gehna’s letter. She calls her aide and ordrs him to start spreading a poisonous gas in the cold storage. Surya finds Gehna’s letter. Suhani smirks noticing that and walks away. Gehna gets conscious again and gets tensed finding the letter missing.
