Gehna gets tensed when lady boss asks her to bring water for her guests Kanak, Baa, and Hema. She drops water and rushes away. Lady scolds her. Gehna brings snacks for guests drawing ghunghat/veil on her face. Kanak thinks maid is wearing clothes similar to Gehna and resembles Gehna, asks maid to remove her ghunghat. Lady says maybe its her family tradition, so let her wear ghunghat. Kanak cross legs Gehna, making her fall, then holds her and tries to remove her ghunghat. Gehna resists. Lady asks Kanak to let the maid go. Gehna hurriedly rushes away. Hema thinks Kanak hates maids. Baa asks lady how much she can pay per piece for their embroidery work. Lady says 500 rs. Baa says its very less for such an intricate design. Lady says she can pay only 500 rs and has many others

workers who can work for much less. Baa tries hard to convince her. Gehna sees Baa about to place her hand on the safety pin and breaks vase in tension which results in her veil falling off. Baa and Hema are shocked to see her as maid. Lady scolds Gehna that she broke a costly vase just within a day of joining, she cannot repay vase money even with 10 months’ salary. Gehna apologizes. Lady says she is removed from job. Gehna remembering Chetan’s words about home expenses holds lady’s feet and pleads her not to remove her from job. Lady pushes her away. Baa confronts lady to behave with Gehna. Lady asks why is she concerned for a maid. Baa says Gehna is her bahu/DIL. Lady yells that whole family are cheapsters and are tricking people for money. Gehna confronts her with her long heavy dialogues and walks away with Baa and others.

Back home, Kanak yells that Gehna worked as a maid and humiliated them. Baa says she should stop taunting Gehna and learn from Gehna who wants to take up Anant’s responsibilities of supporting family. Chetan and Pankaj say nobody is giving them job saying they don’t want a terrorist’s brothers to work for them. Kanak says even she didn’t get modeling job for the same reason. Pankaj says what should they do now. Baa says job doesn’t mean that it should be a formal one. Baa continues praising Gehna’s effort and describes how she pleaded lady for work to support her family; she requests her to pursue her and Anant’s dream and not bother about family’s problems.

Gehna after some time hears Bapuji accepting job as a driver. Next morning, Bapuji gets a call that they have hired someone else for the post of driver. Gehna joins cab company as driver thinking that she won’t let Bapuji work as a driver. Boss says she should earn at least 1000 rs in three hours. Gehna says even she needs money and drives cab away. At home, Baa starts coughing and her condition deteriorates. Family decides to take her to hospital and waits for a cab outside house. Gehna drives her cab and gets tensed seeing Baa’s condition. She drives cab away and requests another cab driver to drop that family in his cab as she has another customer waiting. Driver agrees. Sagar gets into Gehna’s cab. Gehna identifies his voice and speeds up car. Sagar also notices her and warns to stop car, but she doesn’t. He makes her crash her cab to a tree. She falls down injured. He hits her head and escapes. A speeding car heads towards her and is about to crush her when a man rescues her. She thinks he is Anant and says she knew he would return.

Precap: Psychiatrist tells Gehna that Anant is dead and will not return, but she denies. He suggests family to admit her to a mental asylum or else she may lose her memory.
