Gehna/Kamya over phone informs Surya’s story to Baa and Bapuji. Baa asks how can own brother and mother betray Surya. Kamya remembers Surya blindly trusting Sikandar. Bapuji asks if Kabir is really selfless. Gehna says yes; if he really was a culprit, he would have killed her, but he took bullet on himself for her; she doubts on Sikandar who purposefully is not getting bail for Surya. They ask her to stay back in Mumbai until Surya gets justice and say they will send money for her expenses. Hema hearing their conversation thinks they will waste all their money on their new daughter and she will not get anything, so she should inform Kanak about it.

Sikandar meets Surya in jail. Surya says surely there is some mastermind behind all this as goons were attacking Kamya repeatedly and that Anant’s jacket. Sikandar asks if he believes Kamya more than him, Kamya is trapping him. Surya defends Kamya. Sikandar asks if he thinks he killed Anant. Surya says he can’t even think like that. Sikandar promises Kabir to do whatever he could and bail him out of jail soon. Surya thanks him.

Kamya tries to study Surya’s case. Baa sends her a parcel with her law books and dress. Kamya gets ready in lawyer’s attire remembering Anant’s wish to make her a lawyer and thinks Baa was right that advocate Gehna will fight Anant’s case. Baa and Bapuji get ready to visit temple and talk about Gehna. Kanak with her team walks down and demands money for vacation. Baa says Gehna is fighting Anant’s case in Mumbai and they all didn’t even think of going to Mumbai to help her. Kanak says Gehna is trying to save her lover Kabir instead. Bapuji warns them to mind their language and orders Pankaj and Chetan to handle their wives.

Gehna as advocate Gehna Desai reaches police station and investigates about an 8-year-old hit and run case. Constable gives her files. She doesn’t find accident file. Constable says there was no case filed at all. Gehna thinks when there was no hit and run case at all, why did Sikandar made Surya as Kabir. She meets Kabir as his lawyer. Surya is stunned to see her new avatar. She says his brother is framing him. He denies to accept it. She says there was no hit and run case 8 years ago, then why his brother manipulated him to change his identity. He gets angry and asks why is she trying to create a rift between 2 brothers. She says she will get a proof and put Sikandar behind bars. Surya challenges that until he is alive, she cannot.

Arjun informs Sikandar that Surya got a lawyer. Sikandar angrily holds his collar and asks who is the lawyer. Gehna enters and says its her. Arjun asks who let her in. Gehna argues that she will get evidence and get Surya out. Sikandar says she cannot until Surya approves her as his lawyer. Gehna says he already did and shows papers. He says she cannot do anything without any opening arguments. She says there was no case filed on 14th November 8 years ago. Sikandar stands shocked.

Precap: Sikandar challenges Gehna that Kabir would rather die than sending his elder brother to jail. Gehna asks him to start eating dal roti as he will get only that in jail.
