Anant drops Gehna at a lakeside and goes to attend his business meeting. Gehna calls him and says he brought her at such a beautiful place. He says he will join her after finishing his business meeting. Gehna notices a girl walking towards lake to pick her fallen ball and is about to fall when she stops girl, helps her, and asks whom she came with. Girl points. Gehna calls man. Dr. Abhay turns. Gehna tongues lashes him for being careless with his daughter. Girl points at her mother next and walks to her. Dr. Abhay says she always tongue lashes others without thinking much. Gehna apologizes him and says she got emotional as it was a question of child. He says if she has any gynecological issues, he is a gynecologist and can help her.

Hema asks Kanak to explain her what will

happen if Gehna meets doctor. Kanak goes into flashback where she meets doctor and bribes him to lie that Gehna’s uterus is damaged and she cannot become a mother again. Hema praises Kanak’s plan. Kanak asks her to find out where Gehna has gone. Hema says she will right now and walks away signaling her while Pankaj walks in. Kanak says she doesn’t know where he goes and where he stays. He says he goes to his bakery and is happy there. She acting shy says he can get happiness even here if he gives a chance to their relationship. He says her shy acting doesn’t suit her, so she shouldn’t try it on him. She thinks she will do it now, he should just wait and watch.

Gehna describes her story to Dr. Abhay. Dr. Abhay suggests her to never lose hope as every problem has a solution. She gets happy. He gives his card and asks her to visit him with her husband. She remembers Anant asking her not to think of baby again and asks Abhay if she can visit alone. He says its better if husband and wife both visit together. She says his husband is recovering from an emotional turmoil and hence she doesn’t want him to feel disappointed again. He asks her husband’s name and says Anant is a lucky man to get a wife like her and shakes hands with her. Anant returns with a bouquet for Gehna and noticing them thinks Gehna made a new friend so soon. Gehna while returning home with him remembers asking Abhay if a woman’s uterus can be damaged with a drug. He says not exactly, he needs to do her checkup to find out exact details and says he will wait for her visit to his clinic. Anant asks who was that boy. She says someone who was asking an address. He says she doesn’t know the place well, then how did she explain him address. She changes topic and thanks him as he brought flowers for her. He demands a kiss from her. She feels shy and smiles. He asks her to keep smiling.

Rasika congratulates family for a good news. Kanak smiles. Anant and Gehna return home. Tia feeds them sweet and says there is a good news. Baa says Kanak is becoming a mother and asks Kanak if she is telling truth. Kanak acts shy. Rasika continues praising Kanak. Hema asks how did she agree to become a mother when she is obsessed about her figure. Kanak she couldn’t see family’s sad face, hence thought of giving them a heir. Gehna congratulates Kanak and tries to apply her nazar ka tika. Rasika stops her and yells at her that she cannot become a mother, so she should keep her inauspicious shadow away from Kanak. Gehna says she is really happy for Kanak and asks if she believes in such orthodox thinking even after living in US. Rasika continues yelling at Gehna followed by Baa who backs Rasika and warns Gehna to stay away from Kanak. Anant feels bad and asks Gehna to stop bearing repeated humiliation by them. Bapuji asks Baa how can she change so much suddenly. Baa says she hasn’t changed, but her fate is changing repeatedly, she lost Anant’s baby and cannot lose Pankaj’s baby now. Pankaj returns and stands shocked.
