Surya’s doctor reveals that his fear was right that Surya has kidney failure and needs kidney transplant, but they don’t have much time left to find a donor soon. Dadaji and Daadi get concerned and request doctor to transplant their kidney and save their grandson. Doctor says its not possible due to their prior health issues. Gehna asks him to perform her tests as she is ready to donate her kidney to her husband. Surya says he would rather die than accepting her kidney. Suhani says if Sikandar was out of jail, he would have donated a kidney to his brother. Gehna says its impossible, so Suhani should donate a kidney to her son. Suhani in shock asks she will donate kidney? Gehna says she agreed. Surya says he cannot accept mom’s kidney as she will face health complications
Gehna reveals to Daada and Daadi that she played Surya’s kidney failure drama to expose Suhani’s true face in front of Surya. Daada and Daadi relax and praise her acting skills. Gehna asks them to wait and watch what will she do next. Suhani hires a 24/7 nurse for Surya to take care of Surya. Daadi says Suhani threw water on their plan. Gehna asks her not to worry and promises that soon she will sleep in Surya’s room. At night, she with Daada and Daadi’s help frightens nurse with ghost sounds. Nurse gets afraid. She then walks to nurse on the pretext of of serving her coffee and tells nurse that she hears weird ghostly sounds in this room and she can stay with her if she wants to. Nurse says she will manage. Gehna continues frightening her disguised as a ghost. Nurse runs away afraid.
Gehna comes out of her room yawning and asks what is happening. Daadi says nurse ran away, so someone should sleep in Surya’s room. Suhani says she can’t as she has to donate kidney to Surya. Daadi says she will then. Surya says Gehna will and orders Gehna to be awake whole night. Gehna taunts Suhani that she told her that Surya himself will take her to his room and walks away greeting her goodnight.
Surya wakes up in the morning and gets concerned seeing Gehna sitting on floor and shivering in sleep. He drapes shawl around her. She wakes up. He nervously says he saw shawl lying around and hence draped it over her. He then asks her to get him a tea as he is feeling headache. She says she will bring a treatment of headache along with tea. He says there is no need for that. Gehna leaves and returns with tea and applies pain balm over his forehead. Surya recalls their happier moments. Gehna asks if he never loved her even for a second and was it a drama. He sits silent. She says his silence answered his question, a Surya who risked his life and saved her would never believe that she can send an innocent to jail. He looks into her eyes. They come close. She drops balm. They get conscious. He reminds her to get him a tea. She gives him tea and walks out.
After some time, Gehna stops Suhani from having normal breakfast and offers her bottle gourd smoothie and cheela. She then tries to frighten her by talking about needles and knifes during surgery. Suhani says she can bear anything for her son and asks her prepone appointment for today and get the surgery done ASAP. Gehna gets tensed and asks Daadi and Daadi if she is missing something. Daadi and Daadi say Suhani doesn’t love Surya and will run away before reaching operation theater. They wait outside OT. Ward boys and nurses bring Surya and Suhani on stretcher. Suhani asks Daada and Daadi to take care of Surya if something happens to her during operation. Surya says nothing will happen to her. She says after seeing Sikandar in jail, she is worried for Surya. She asks Gehna not to worry as her wish is fulfilling. Gehna says to Dada and Dadi that she needs to visit doctor and stop the operation.
Precap: Gehna asks doctor to stop Surya’s kidney transplant as all the reports were fake. Doctor shows his face, and Gehna is shocked to see Abhay.
