Gehna/Kajal acts as falling unconscious. Abhay takes her to hospital.. Gehna thinks how can she seek help when Abhay is around her. Doctor takes Abhay aside and informs that Gehna doesn’t have any internal or external injuries. Abhay asks how did she fall unconscious then. Gehna writes HELP on bedsheet and hides it with the blanket when Abhay returns. She leaves with Abhay praying god to send her dear ones for help. Anant brings an injured lady to hospital and asks nurse to call a doctor. Nurse asks how is he related to the old lady. Anant says he is no one to her, he saw her injured on road and brought her here out of humanity. Nurse goes to call doctor. Lady asks Anant to call her son and inform him. Anant takes her son’s number and sends her on stretcher with
Gehna walking with Abhay thinks she will not get any help. Nurse calls Abhay to pay for the test perfomed on Gehna. Gehna notices Anant and walks towards him when Abhay returns. Anant walks away. Abhay’s colleague seeks his help for a complicated case, but he denies saying he is a bit busy. Friend requests him and discusses case. Gehna sensing opportunity searches Anant and finds him getting into his car. Abhay gets a beep alerting him about Gehna’s location. Gehna pulls Anant and takes him aside. She slips and he holds her. Their eyes lock. She gets alert and seeks his help. He asks what kind of help. Gehna notices Abhay searching him and says they are in deep trouble. Anant says what kind of trouble. She pushes him down trying to hide him from Abhay and returns to Abhay.
Pankaj realizes that Kanak fooled him with her fake pregnancy drama. Kanak walks to him and asks when did he come. He acts normal and says he has a surprise for her. She gets happy thinking he must have got diamond jewelry for her. He shows her snacks and insists to have it. She says its too oily. He says its for baby. She thinks she will gain weight and lose her beauty. He forcefeeds her and thinks she has to pay for playing a dirty game with him and his family.
Gehna returns to Abhay and leaves in his car praying god to help her. Anant notices her and follows car thinking she is definitely in some big trouble. Abhay gets angry on Gehna for going away from her uninformed and threatens to punish her. He opens the gate and drags her inside house. Anant notices them and thinks detective’s information was right. Abhay brings pooja thali and asks her to perform her god’s pooja as husband is a god. Gehna performs aarti shivering in fear. He then gives marker pen to his mother and sister and asks them to write his name on Gehna’s forehead. They obey him. He shows Gehna’s face and asks if she is looking good. Gehna thinks she will get him punished for troubling her and his family so that he doesn’t trouble others again. Abhay says he will get sweets for her and goes out. Mother apologizes Gehna for writing Abhay’s name on her forehead. Gehna hears door knock and says she had sought help in hospital, so someone must have come to help. Abhay returns and says surprise..
