Gehna returns home. Anant/Sid thinks where she must have gone and why she looks tensed. Baa asks Gehna if she had gone out and asks her to join family for dinner. Gehna informs Baa and Bapuji that she is ready to marry Srivastav. Bapuji says she took a right decision. Gehna says she cannot get a better boy than him and asks Srivastav if he is ready to marry her. In the room, Srivastav tells Anant that he cannot marry Gehna when her husband is alive. Anant asks him to agree for marriage till court hearing ends and till he is proven innocent as they cannot afford a third person’s entry. Srivastav asks what if marriage is fixed early. Anant says he will replace him and sit in mandap as a groom. Srivastav agrees. They return to family, and Srivastav informs that he is ready for

this marriage. Baa and Bapuji rejoice. Srivastav asks Gehna if she is okay with her decision. Gehna thinks she doesn’t want Sagar and Kumar to interfere in court hearing and says she is ready for marriage. Srivastav says they will marry after court hearing. She says she can’t wait for long and wants to marry soon. She informs family same. Baa says they will make all the arrangements. Kanak tells Hema that she knew Gehna would agree to marry anyone, she just wants Gehna to get out of the house soon. Srivastav reminds Anant that they need to swap themselves before reaching the mandap.

Sagar messages Kanak and threatens her to come out and meet him if she doesn’t want to be exposed. She sends Hema to kitchen and meets Sagar who asks Gehna’s information. She reveals that Gehna agreed for marriage. He smirks thinking his plan worked and asks her to help him in his plan. She agrees. Next morning, Sagar reaches Desai house disguised as a female maid Kalavati seeking job. Hema says they didn’t hire any maid as they cannot afford a maid. Kanak says she hired Kalavati and tells Baa that she hired Kalavati to help in wedding preparations. Baa agrees. Kanak takes Sagar to her room and asks what is his plan. He says Gehna will be a bride in mandap, but groom will be different.

Gehna is studying. Sid enters and says he came to say congratulations to her. She asks where was he going in a hurry yesterday. He says there was an emergency case. He asks her to focus on her wedding preparations. She asks him to go. He leaves. She thinks if he is Sid or Anant. Siya enters and asks what is she thinking about. Gehna shows her case file and says if they present this file in court, their case will be very strong. Siya says Gehna is a law student and she is a professional lawyer, hence she doesn’t need to learn from Gehna. Gehna says this case is very important to her. Siya says its also important to her as its a high profile case, so Gehna shouldn’t interfere. She walks out and meets Anant who signals and thanks her. Anant thinks he had to make Siya speak rudely to her as he wants that she should take a break from this case.
