Gehna asks Jamuna if Praful is fine. Jamuna says he is fine and asks why did she make such a big sacrifice for them. Gehna says she is happy that she could be useful to them, her life begins and ends with them. Jamuna tries to curse Surya, but Gehna stops her. Jamuna asks if she still loves Surya. Gehna stands silent.
Surya misses Gehna and imagines her. She applies turmeric on his injuries. He then realizes its his imagination and injures his hand in frustration. He thinks why Gehna is taking over his mind. He asks nurse to serve fruits to Praful. Nurse informs him that Praful is going to be discharged today. He thanks her. Praful is about to fall from the wheelchair when the ward boy pushes his wheelchair by mistake. Surya saves Praful and apologizes him. He then assures Praful that he need not worry as he sorted out everything and Desai house belongs to Praful again.
Praful blesses him happily and asks about Gehna. Surya lies that Gehna is performing puja for his health. Praful says he is aware of the fight between Surya and Gehna because of the pregnancy issue and asks Surya to forgive Gehna as he can see love for Gehna in Surya’s eyes. He says even Surya is lucky that Gehna loves him. Surya nods yes and walks away. Surya gets out of the hospital where Jamuna returns his sent fruits and says they don’t need his fake sympathy. She tells him to get Gehna out of jail as she is innocent and walks into the hospital to meet Praful.
Kanak tells Surya that Suhani promised to give her Gehna’s diamond necklace if she separates him and Gehna and says both Suhani and Sikandar are cunning. He warns her that he doesn’t need a character certificate of his family from her. Kanak says she hates Gehna as she speaks truth always and that is her biggest weakness and strength. She then walks away asking him to reflect upon what Gehna says.
In the jail, Gehna gets her lunch. Inmates order her to greet their boss, lady don Babli. Babli gets angry seeing Gehna ignoring her. Her aides calm her down. Gehna ignores them and starts eating food. Aides trouble Gehna and pour water into her food. Gehna gets another plate. They kick her down and warn her to obey them. Gehna drinks water and walks away.
Surya recalls Kanak’s words. Sikandar gifts him a camera and asks him to enjoy life like before and let him handle everything. Surya recalls his and Gehna’s first meeting and expresses his wish to join the family business. Sikandar denies. Surya recalls Kanak and Sikandar’s rival goons’ words and asks Sikandar why he doesn’t want him to join the family business. Sikandar tries to justify, but Surya says he will join the business for sure and walks away from there. Sikandar informs Suhani that he feels Surya is suspecting them. Sikandar later meets Gehna in jail and threatens her that he will kill Surya. She warns him to dare not touch Surya. He challenges her that he will kill Surya tomorrow night and walks away.
