Kajal/Gehna wishes happy wedding anniversary to Abhay and serves him his favorite breakfast. Abhay’s mother gets worried for Kajal and thinks this girl will put herself in trouble. Sister asks why didn’t she stop bhabhi as its not bhai’s favorite breakfast. Abhay asks Kajal if his mother or sister told that its his favorite breakfast. She says she herself guessed. He eats breakfast silently. Sister is shocked to see that. Abhay thinks Kajal unknowingly prepared Anant’s favorite breakfast. Kajal asks how is breakfast. Abhay says yummy. Kajal asks if he will take her on a long drive to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Abhay thinks he should test her memory and takes her near Desai house and says he is thinking of buying a house here. Kajal without reacting
She asks him to stop at a medical shop to buy tooth paste and brush. He stops at a medical shop and waits inside car. She in lieu of buying tooth paste and brush shows her medicine and requests pharmacist to check her medicine. He says he cannot without a strip. She requests. He searches. Abhay walks to her and asks what is she buying. She says she didn’t get her item here and leaves in car. Pharmacist finds medicine strip, but finds Gehna already gone. Abhay returns home and says he felt good going on a long drive with her. She asks him to visit his clinic today as patients may need him. He goes to freshen up. She rushes to dustbin to find medicine strip. Abhay gets out of washroom and searches her. She finds broken pieces of the strip and tries to connect them, but hearing Abhay coming hides it. Abhay asks what is she searching in garbage. Kajal says she lost her earring and is searching it. He says he will buy her new one. She nervously tries to walk in. He looks at her hand. She gets nervous. He holds her hands and says dirt is smeared on her hands, so she should go and take a bathe. She relaxes and thinks she read medicine name.
At night, Kajal wakes up and thinks of checking Abhay’s phone and finds a fingerprint lock. She silently holds his finger and unlocks it. He sleeps holding her hand and mumurs Kajal belongs to only him and nobody can snatch her from him. She gets into bathroom and googles medicine name to find out that its used to erase a person’s old memories. Abhay wakes up and knocks bathroom door. She drops phone in tension. Abhay warns her not to force him to break the door. She opens door and asks if he cannot stay away from his wife for a minute. He asks her to come out now. She steps on phone and says she needs to wash hands. He returns to bed. She hides mobile and returns to bed. Once he is asleep, she keeps back his phone under his pillow and thinks why is Abhay giving him memory erasing pills, she should stop taking them to know the reason.
Next morning, Abhay over phone tells clinic staff that he cannot come today, but agrees to visit for an hour. He gives medicine to Kajal, his mother, and his sister. Kajal thinks why he is giving same pill to his mother and sister, acts as dropping water glass and injuring her hand. Abhay goes to get first-aid box. She takes medicine from mother and sister and ask them not to tell anything now as she will explain later. Abhay returns and asks what will she explain. Kajal says she was explaining that she may need turmeric on her wound. He says she needs not worry until her 24 x 7 doctor is with her.
Precap: Gehna/Kajal suggests Abhay’s mother and sister not to take Abhay’s given medicine and inform her what they remember, they should act in front of Abhay. Abhay walks in.
