Suhani walks to Shreya’s room and asks how is she. Shreya asks her reason for coming. Suhani says she always thinks good about her children and brought her a gift. Shreya asks what gift. Suhani shows her rats in a cage. Shreya panics and pleads her to keep them away. Suhani says she is also afraid of losing control over the house and Surya. She slaps Shreya for bailing Gehna out of jail and frees rats. Shreya jumps on the bed and calls Gehna and Dadaji for help. Suhani laughs and warns that this is just a trailer and she will be in big trouble if she tries to help Gehna again. Gehna rushes in hearing Shreya’s plea and gets her out of room. Suhani warns her not to interfere in her family issues as she is an outsider now. Gehna warns her to file a domestic violence case on her and send her to jail where her son is already present. She also challenges that she will never divorce Surya and walks away with Shreya.

Next morning, Gehna prepares tea for Surya. Surya walks to the kitchen. She says she was coming to him. He says he is habituated to her and needs to change his habit and prepares tea for himself. She helps him looking into his eyes and gets closer to him. He nervously asks her to control herself. She says he is right that he is forgetting things a lot now a days. He says someone will come in. Gehna says let everyone know that he forgot to wear his pant. He notices himself in a towel down his waist. She slips, and he holds her. Their eyes lock again. Saath Nibhana Saathiya.. song plays in the background. Dadaji calls Gehna and asks her to give him tea. They both get alert, and Surya walks away silently, leaving Gehna laughing.

Shreya notices Gehna laughing and asks if she read any joke. Gehna laughs saying Surya was preparing tea wearing a towel. Shreya says she feels good seeing Gehna laughing. Gehna says her happiness is because of Surya and determines to fight against injustice. Shreya says her son Karthik is everything for him and requests Gehna to get him back from Suhani’s grip. Gehna assures her that they both will get Karthik out soon.

Suhani meets her lawyer and orders him to get Surya and Gehna’s divorce done within 7 days and throws 2 lakhs bundle in front of him. He asks her to get Surya’s signatures on divorce application form. At home, Gehna assures Dada and Dadi that she will not lose her divorce case. Dadi asks what if Surya signs the papers. Gehna says even if one party doesn’t sign the papers, case will reach court and she knows how to handle it. She further says she had taken oath to do charity in temple today and its impossible without Surya. Dada assures to send Surya to temple. Gehna thanks him and says she will meet Surya directly in the temple and walks away.

Gehna visits a lawyer’s office and notices a woman crying. She questions her if she is going through any domestic abuse. Lady says her husband is divorcing her on his mother’s order. Gehna recalls Surya doing same to her. She tells lady that divorce cannot happen until both parties sign and she shouldn’t tolerate injustice, etc. A man walks to Gehna calling her bookworm. Gehna is amazed to see her childhood friend Agastya who reveals that he has joined this lawyer’s firm recently. He further feels sad about Anant’s demise and congrats her for finding Surya. Gehna says she needs his help.

Precap: Gehna denies to divorce Surya and says he is blind in his mother’s love. Surya warns her not to say anything against his mother as he can sacrifice his life for his mother.
