Gehna continues questioning Kusum in dais and asks what were she and Swara doing at the crime spot where Pankaj was injured. Kusum acts as feeling drowsy and collapses. Swara rushes to her and starts acting. Kusum winks at her and closes eyes again. Opponent lawyer alleges Gehna for mentally harassing Kusum. Judge adjourns hearing for the day. Bapuji tells Baa that today’s hearing proved that Gehna can be a good lawyer and will expose Swara and Kusum’s evilness. Baa hopes Pankaj sees Swara and Kusum’s evilness. Gehna is taken towards police van when Anant does situps in front of her and requests to forgive him. She asks him to get up. He apologizes for misunderstanding her. She says she believes in satyameva jayate and will get Kusum punished. He hugs her
Swara enters Kusum’s hospital room and scolds that they were about to get into trouble because of her, they escaped today and cannot tomorrow. Kusum says they will even tomorrow. Swara says she made a mistake and should bear punishment. Kusum says she hit Pankaj to save Swara and even Swara will be dragged in. Swara thinks she can trap anyone to escape punishment. Court hearing starts next day. Gehna calls Kusum in dais again. Inspector informs that Kusum is missing from hospital. Swara starts acting and blaming Gehna. Anant says its Swara and Kusum’s plan to escape hearing. Swara denies. Opponent lawyer says this case is about Gehna attempting to murder Pankaj and not Kusum going missing, so they should argue if Gehna hit Pankaj in front or back of the head. Swara reminisces kidnapping Kusum and keeping her somewhere.
Everyone eagerly wait for judge’s verdict. Judge orders police to find Kusum and till then keep Gehna under custody. Baa and Bapuji get worried for Gehna. Gehna asks them to have food and medicines on time and leaves with police. Anant confronts Swara and blames her for helping Kusum escape. Swara denies and says she wants to reach home as her Pankaj is returning home after battling for his life. Back home, she acts as praying god and tells Baa that she has organized akhanda paat/holy scripture recitation in the evening. Tia says she looks happy and not worried for her mother’s missing. Swara acts and says she is worried for her mother also, but is happy that Pankaj will return home tonight and hence is fasting for him and will break fast from his hands. Pankaj returns home. Swara tries to perform his aarti. Kanak takes aarti thali from her and performs Pankaj’s aarti. Hema claps. Kanak thanks her for welcoming her. Baa asks why did she come here. She says she didn’t escape from jail and came back as the accusation on her was false. Baa asks who asked her to come here. Swara says Kanak’s heart and she will go away soon as she is a guest.
