Kanak and Swara lie to Surya that Gehna shot Suhani. Surya is shocked to hear that and leaves home. Swara and Kanak rejoice. Gehna takes Suhani to hospital. Doctor checks Suhani and says operation would be critical. Surya reaches the hospital and asks the doctor if Suhani will be fine. Doctor asks who is he. Gehna says he is Suhani’s son. Doctor assures Surya that he will try his level best to save Suhani and takes her to OT. Surya drags Gehna from the hospital, gets her into his car and drives away. Gehna asks where is he taking her. Swara notices that by hiding and thinks where is Surya taking Gehna. Surya drives car rashly. Gehna gets scared and pleads him to stop the car. He stops the car in a forest and drags her out of car.
Gehna asks what did she do. He says each day he thinks she will not stoop low, but she crosses her limits each day; he never thought she will shot Suhani in hatred. She asks him how can he even think so. He says he curses the day when he met her and fell in her love, she ruined his family, and asks her to never show her face again. She says he is misunderstanding her, she is innocent. He says he made the mistake of trusting her and hopes he can kill her. He curses her that she dies right now, right there. He gets into car and leaves while she pleads to take her along.
Surya returns to hospital and waits outside OT. Doctor finishes operation and informs Surya that Suhani is out of danger now. Surya thanks doctor and says he made a big favor on him. Doctor says he just finished his duty and says he can meet her after some time. Kanak gets tensed that the old woman escaped death again. Doctor asks about Gehna and says Suhani is alive today because of her, she brought Suhani at the right time alone and saved her life. Kanak yells that Gehna shot Suhani first and then acted as saving her life, she never saw such a cunning woman in her life. Daadi warns her to mind her tongue and says everyone knows who is cunning here. She tongue lashes Surya for accusing Gehna and asks him to question to his heart if Gehna can do this. Surya recalls Gehna gifting him Sri Krishna idol for his protection and also him stranding her in the jungle and cursing her.
Gehna faces difficulties in jungle. A tree falls on her. She notices a car coming and thinking its Surya shouts she is here. Swara gets out of car instead with goons and acts as worried for her. She rescues her and offers her water. Gehna thanks her for saving her life and tries to hug her. Swara stops her and asks if she thinks she came to help her. Gehna stands shocked. Swara says she had same expressions when she went to jail and asks Gehna if she thinks she came to help her. Gehna asks what does she need. Swara says she will get rid of Gehna and snatch Surya from her. She orders her goons to kill Gehna and tells Gehna that she need not worry about Surya after her death. Goons drag Gehna with them while Swara drives car away.
Surya recalls the quality moments spent with Gehna. Daadi says his expression reveals that he did something wrong and asks where is Gehna. Inspector walks in and informs that Gehna helped them catch the the culprits who shot Suhani with the CCTV footage, they want her to identify the culprits. Daadi tongue lashes him for blindly believing others and troubling Gehna. Swara enters and asks Surya if he is fine. He pushes her and leaves. Kanak joins Swara and says he is rushing out madly, don’t know where he left Gehna. Swara says however fast he goes there, he cannot save Gehna. Her goons try to burn Gehna alive.
Precap: Surya searches Gehna and prays god to help him find Gehna. Gehna’s blood falls on his hand and he notices Gehna lying on a tree.
