Gehna with her family performs Devimaa’s aarti in navratri pandal. Kumar tells Sagar that soon death countdown will start and this whole pandal will be filled with dead bodies. After aarti finishes, he says he heard Dr. Siddharth gave a big donation and should be given a chance to break color pots/handis. Society lady says its a good idea. Pankaj says Baa used to break pots every year, but this year privilege is going to an undeserving man. Paresh says maybe Matarani has chosen Siddharth for a special task. Kanak thinks where Sagar must be, he should come and see what Anant’s doppelganger is doing. Siddharth/Anant heads to break color pot. Gehna hears Kumar and Sagar discussing that chemical in pots will burn everyone in the pandal. She with baa holds a cloth and draws
A man alleges Gehna of orchestrating this drama to clear her family’s tarnished image. Gehna opposes. Anant also alleges her. Mob tries to stone pelt Desai family. Gehna pulls a girl in front of her and gives them a befitting reply. She then says they themselves will go from here. A burning cloth falls towards girl, and Gehna rescues her on time. Girl’s mother emotionally praises Gehna that she was true always and saved her daughter’s life. Everyone clap for Desai family while they walk away. Anant tells Siya this must be Kumar’s conspiracy for sure, he will not keep quiet and will conspire more, so they have to stop Kumar, but before that he has to find out who is helping Kumar from his family. Siya says he needs to stay at Desai house for that.
Next morning, Kanak calls Sagar and asks if he is sleeping peacefully after ruining their sleep. He asks what did he do. She asks why did he try to burn pandal. He denies and warns to drag her to police station. She disconnects call. Police enters. Hema informs family. Inspector tells he brought Anant Desai case’s final notice and if they cannot arrange a lawyer for them, government lawyer will fight their case. Bapuji asks how will they arrange lawyer by tomorrow. Baa prays god for help. Siddharth/Anant enters with his luggage. Hema yells why did he return here after insulting them. He says he mistakenly signed a consent form to observe insane Gehna for 14 days and hence he has to unwilling stay with them for 14 days; he warns if they try to harm him, he will not keep quiet; he has brought his fiance as his bodyguard and calls Siya. Siya walks in. Family fumes. Kanak says she will show her guest room and takes her along. Pankaj takes Anant along to show his room.
Anant hears Siya shouting and runs to Kanak’s room where they see Kanak fighting with Siya for a necklace. Siya says Kanak was trying to steal her necklace. Kanak says its hers. Their argument starts. Hema finds Kanak’s necklace and gives it to her. Kanak says it was a misunderstanding. Siya humiliates Desai family in English. Gehna argues with her in broken English and warns to stay here as guest and not trouble them. Siya warns her back to stop her desi angrezi. She walks away. Anant goes behind her. Gehna then tells baa that only advocate Siya Srivastav can fight Anant’s case and win, she will go and convince her. She reaches lawyer’s office and is shocked to Siya as the lawyer.
