Gehna calls Suhani to the witness box and asks how is she related to the person in the opposite witness box. Suhani says she is his mother. Gehna asks if the person in photos and magazine is same. Suhani says yes. Gehna tells judge that who can identify her child than a mother, she proved that her client is Surya and not Kabir Seth. Judge asks public prosecutor Mr Shah if he has any questions. Mr Shah asks if the man in witness box is Surya, then who is Kabir Seth. Gehna says Kabir is present among them. Surya tries to stop her. Sikandar tries to leave. Gehna stops him and says he is Kabir Seth. Surya says Sikandar is his brother and not related to Anant’s murder case, he accepts his crime.
Baa prays god to help Gehna and lights lamp. Kanak thinks Gehna will go to god soon and asks Hema to make the scene dramatic and let Baa know that her daughter will also die soon. Hema does. Baa scolds Hema and says its abshagun/inauspicious if temple lamp blows off. Kanak says its a superstitous thinking, she will get Gehna’s call soon.
PP says it’s an open and shut case now, Surya is the killer. Surya tells Gehna that he already told her that he will not let her put his brother’s life at risk and tells judge that he accepts his crime. Judge is about to pronounce him guilty when she stops him and says let her prove that Sikandar Seth murdered Anant Desai. Judge gives her one chance. PP opposes, but judge rejects his plea and calls Sikandar in the witness box. Sikandar opposes and says what nonsense when the convict accepted his crime. Judge warns him to mind his language and get into the witness box. Gehna thanks him and shows him video footage where Anant gives her killing contract to Sikandar. PP says this footage proves that a national hero is actually a mere petty criminal. Gehna says the voice who is taking murder contract is Sikandar. Sikandar says he was in a Goa Hotel with his wife and son and Kabir was in Surat for a business meeting. He shows flight boarding passes and photos to prove his words.
Hema informs Kanak that Bapuji and Gehna have reached court safely. Kanak says its impossible. Hema says let us prepare aarti thali to welcome Gehna after she returns victorious. Kanak asks how can Gehna escape every time. Hema says Kanhaji helps her always. Kanak says she wants to turn Gehna’s win into loss. Hema says they should pray for that.
Gehna tells judge that her proof is in Sikandar’s answers and her last proof will prove that the person in the video is Sikandar Seth. She says she recorded Sikandar aka Kabir and Surya’s conversation during court hearing. Sikandar says this is utter nonsense. Gehna calls voice expert who via voice detector proves that Sikandar and contract killer’s voices match. Judge says it proves that Sikandar not only ordered to kill Gehna and Abhay but also Anant. Suhani says her son is innocent. Judge says defense’s given proof proves that Kabir Seth is Surya Seth and Sikandar is actually Kabir, so court announces a lifetime imprisonment to Sikandar Seth. Gehna remembers Anant’s dream to make her a lawyer and says she got justice to Anant ji.
Suhani tries to attack Gehna/Kamya saying she ruined her sons’s lives. Gehna says one who died was also someone’s son, she cannot let injustice happen. Sikandar pulls inspector’s gun and points at Gehna. Surya requests him to drop the gun, they will go to another supreme court and prove his innocence. Sikandar says his girlfriend will die today for sure. Surya snatches gun from him. Sikandar alleges that a girl’s love is more than a brother’s love and warns Gehna that one who couldn’t be loyal to his brother will not be loyal to her. Police drags him away.
Precap: Gehna thinks of Surya. Surya walks in and asks if she was thinking about him. She says she wasn’t and asks why did he come here. He says she is the girl who gave him his life’s biggest injury.
