Police brings Surya to the court for court hearing. Sarika emotionally runs and hugs him and asks how is he. He says handsome as always and asks about Dada and Dadi. Suhani says Dadi is unwell and they are at home. He asks why Sarika is crying. Sikandar says she is worried for Dada Dadi and says he will throw a party tonight after Kabir’s return. Surya says Kamya/Gehna hasn’t arrived yet. Suhani says he need not worry as Gehna will reach the court soon. Arjun orders his goons to book a 5 star hotel for party as Sikandar wants to celebrate for sending Surya permanently to jail. He further orders not to let Dada and Dadi out of house, gets a call that Gehna is alive and has left Surat to reach the court, and informs Sikandar. Sikandar fumes on Gehna and tells Arjun that he attacked Gehna many times and she escapes everytime, he orders him to catch her alive as he wants to kill her.
Hema does Kanak’s makeup asks if she is sure that Gehna will not reach the court today. Gehna’s car breaks down midway. She waits with Bapuji while driver tries to repair it. She then notices Sikandar’s goons and rushes away from there. Surya standing in court room witness box waits for Kamya. Sikandar thinks she cannot escape and come here. Court hearing starts. Public prosecutor argues that a national hero Anant died in a bomb blast which was executed by Maharastra’s mafia and underworld don Kabir Seth/Surya and presenting evidence requests to announce rigorous punishment to Kabir/Surya. Judge asks defense to present their argument. Sikandar says defense is on the way.
Sikandar’s goons catch Gehna at gunpoint. Gehna fights with them bravely, but goons overpower her. Bapuji pleads mob to save her daughter, but mob silently watches. Gehna encourages mob to fight with goons with her moral gyaan. She then hurries towards court. Back at court, PP asks judge to pronounce his judgment as the defense lawyer hasn’t arrived yet. Judge is about to pronounce judgment when Gehna enters and says Anant was murdered, but it wasn’t done by her client; she has enough proof to prove that Kabir/Surya is innocent. Sikandar and Suhani get tensed seeing that. Kabir gets worried for her seeing her limping and asks why did she get out alone. Judge asks him to get back to the witness box. Gehna introduces herself as Surya’s lawyer. PP says its her first case and she is calling her client Kabir Seth as Surya Seth. Gehna calls him Mr Verma. He argues that his name is Mr Shah. Gehna says just like his name will not change if someone calls him with different name, even Surya’s name will not change if he is called Kabir and she can prove that. She questions Surya and tells judge that her client didn’t murder Anant as he is not Kabir at all and shows evidences of Kabir being Surya. She calls Suhani to witness box and asks how is she related to Surya. Suhani says she is his mother. She asks if the man in photos and magazine is same as her client. Suhani stands tensed.
