Vijay over phone informs Sadhna that he got some water dam work, so he is staying at Bulbul’s house and will reach home in the morning. Someone hears Sadhna speaking and informs Mandira over phone. Mandira feels angry thinking why did Vijay stay at Bulbul’s house. Kishori asks Vijay to go and sleep inside house. Vijay asks to set his bed outside. Kishori says he is his son-in-law, so should go and sleep inside. Vijay walks into room. Bulbul’s friend teaches her to walk into room with milk and let him perform ghunghat removing ceremony, taunts she will come and ask what happened last night. Bulbul get shy. She walks into room holding milk glass. Vijay turns and a bit of milk falls on her hand. Vijay apologizes. Power goes off. Bulbul says power goes here often and she will get candle from cupboard. Vijay shows mobile torch. She gets candle. His head strikes her head. She says they sould strike head once more, else head will grow. He asks what. She says it is a saying. Vijay lights one more candle. Romantic music plays in the background.
Mandira insists Ananth to go for a long drive. Ananth agrees. Once they reach near Bulbul’s village, mandira acts as coughing and says she is feeling uneasy, Vijay’s sasural is somewhere around, let us go there. Ananth says Vijay has gone for paghphera there. Mandira thinks that is why she wants to go there and stop Vijay and that girl consummate.
Vijay and Bulul’s dilemma continues. Bulbul picks milk and her pallu gets stuck. She thinks Vijay is pulling pallu and turns shyingly, but sees Vijay standing far away. She slips. Vijay rushes and holds her. Her pallu falls down. She corrects it back. Vijay asks till when she will keep her pallu. She says until he removes her ghunghat, she cannot. He extends his hand to remove pallu. Power comes. Ananth calls him just then and asks to open door, it is an emergency. Vijay walks out hearing his voice. Kishori greets Ananth and Mandira in happily. Vijay comes and asks Ananth what happened, why did he come at this time. Ananth says they had gone on a long drive and Mandira got ill. Bulbul comes in smiling and greets Ananth. Kishori asks her to prepare something for them. Bulbul walks into kitchen and prepares halwa puri. Mandira walks in and asks how can she prepare food in so much smoke, her in laws have gas, she has to learn to stay with Vijay. Bulbul says Sadhna taught her to light gas and asks her to go out while she brings halwa puri for her. Mandira walks out fuming and stop seeing flowers on bed. She angrily breaks flowers.
