Soumya was watching the movie with Anika, gauri and prinku but her mind was with Rudra only…she’s thinking about him and about that almost kiss…the sensation of his hot breath over her face…he was about to kiss her…and it was like a dream…

She loves her husband…yes! And that too so much…she smiled instantly…well, she loved him from first sight…he’s her love

Prinku-Soumya?

Soumya was day dreaming, Prinku called her for so many times but she’s too lost in her thoughts

Anika-Soumya, what’s happening?

Soumya-no…nothing, I’m sorry bhabhi, I’m thinking about studies

She bitted her lower lip when she lied and then smiled to Anika

Gauri-let’s go to sleep?

Soumya-yes!

Anika smiled

Anika-but…first…Happy birthday Soumya!!!

Anika clapped her hands and hugged Soumya tight

Gauri-it’s midnight, so officially today is your birthday and we wanted to be first one to wish but I know that Rudra has already wished you, he won’t wait for midnight or tomorrow right?!

Soumya smiles and nodded positively

Even so Rudra doesn’t wished her…he will wish her soon or tomorrow..actually her birthday is for tomorrow even if officially tomorrow starts already…

But Soumya won’t disappoint Anika excited look

Anika-I will give my gift tomorrow but this is for now

Soumya hugged trio tight

Soumya-I will open it tomorrow, ok?

Anika-ok…you do what you want…you know Soumya…I’m so happy to have you as my Rudra’s wife…Rudra deserves you the way you deserve him and you too are matching each other a lot…you look cute together

Soumya happily looked at Anika…this sentence was the best gift ever

In the other side, Rudra is waiting in the room

She took so much time to come back…

That movie won’t finish after two hours?

He doesn’t believe when finally she comes inside the room and enters so fast, she’s looking so happy while he’s burning and waiting…she hides something in the closet and then she looks at him

Rudra-good night!

He said starts preparing the bed nervously

Soumya-Rudra?

He doesn’t answer

Soumya-Rudra?…why you’re angry?

He looked at her arching his eyebrow

Rudra-who told you that I’m angry?

Soumya-your eyes…

Rudra-what?

Rudra felt his anger melting

Soumya-I’m sorry I went with bhabhi…

Rudra-there is a word you can use with people Soumya and that word is “no”

Soumya-no?

Rudra-bhabhi doesn’t force u to go with her, you could refuse

Soumya-why?

He starts to feel anger burning him and he just throws the sheets of bed away

Rudra-you were with me at that moment, why you went?

Soumya-because Anika bhabhi invited me to…

Rudra-watch movie?…which is more important for you, me or that damn movie?!

He asked finally and then he looked back at his laptop

Out of stress, he opened it and starts typing like a maniac

Soumya-you…I mean…I went but not for the movie…I went with bhabhi

He doesn’t answer, he silently types on laptop

Soumya-are you working, Rudra?

Rudra-YES!

He screamed out of anger

And that was it for Soumya…she can’t bear his anger and that’s the first time he screamed like that, her eyes became teary and she left running to the bathroom

He stands closer from the door of bathroom and heard her sobs

He knocked

She doesn’t answer

Rudra-Soumya! Open this door now!

She opened it instantly pouting…her eyes are red he knew it but she’s lowering them and he couldn’t see…her lips are poufy

She walked pass him but he couldn’t anymore…he retains her…he holds her hand and then suddenly made her get crushed against him

She looked up at him innocently

Soumya-I’m sorry Rudra…I can’t understand you, I’m trying to be good wife but…

A tear falls from her eye and before she reaches her cheek…Rudra’s finger wiped it away

Rudra-you’re my wife…and…you’re so much for me

He said huskily but he’s also hurting

She looked instantly at him

Rudra-you’re…

He hesitated

She’s what?

His life?…his dream?…his everything?

His fingers deep in her hair, he made her come closer that he’s feeling her every beat of heart and every breath she’s taking

Her softness and warmness all together…against him

Rudra-Soumya…don’t cry ever!

He said it in a way…she nodded positively without any hesitation

Rudra-I want to see your smile

She smiled instantly, he cupped her face…he was about to lean and kiss her but he won’t…she’s looking even more innocent when she smiles

Rudra-I was angry but it’s not your fault, excuse my behavior

He kissed her forehead and then he carried her to the bed

Soumya-and you?

Rudra-me too

He lied next to her and takes her in his arms…he’s sorry he made her cry…yes, he was angry but he won’t see her tears ever again…he won’t

Rudra wakes up us usually before Soumya…

He admired her innocent face while sleeping and kissed her forehead

He resisted himself to not kiss her pouty lips…

He will wait to have their first kiss when she would be awake and conscious about it and then he’s also guilty about his behavior yesterday…

He gets up from bed to get prepare

After his shower, he starts to wear his clothes when he heard a knock on the door

He opens it

And it’s again Anika

Anika-Rudra?

Rudra-she’s sleeping and it’s early bhabhi

Anika-no..I’m not here for Soumya, come!

Anika pushed him out of the bedroom

Rudra-what is it bhabhi?

He closed the bedroom door

Anika-you don’t know what is it today?

Rudra-what?

Anika-you really don’t know?

Rudra-bhabhi, please, talk!

Anika-it’s Soumya’s birthday, I know you wished it to her, actually me too I wished her yesterday but what next? Are you not planning for anything? Because I’m goanna prepare a surprise party, will you help me?

Rudra felt something he doesn’t experienced yet, a mixture of anger and guiltiness

Anika-would you bring Soumya at 6 o clock and call her friends to come too

He nodded positively

Anika smiled and walked away

He sighed and then walked back to the room closing the door behind

Rudra sits back in the edge of the bed to admire her

If he knew about it …he would never be angry at her and he would have wished her from yesterday midnight

Too lost in her, he forgets about the days and dates
