“Mom and Bhabhi can you watch Pie for some time .. we will just be back..” i said and grabbed all the males of the family and walked to the side.
“Papa i want to find the driver..”
“Bhai but right now Bhabhijaan needs you..” John explained.
I nodded in understanding before Big -B spoke up..
“I and John will find him you be with Doll..she needs you now”
“Yes Bete he is right” Dad said and Papa agreed.
We walked back to her ward when the doctor announced that Pie was stable now and we could see her after the check up..
I felt over joyed at his words..
I just couldn’t stand there and wait…i had to go in there and see her..to hold her…to kiss her..maybe take her home and make love to her..
“Sir she is awake..but only one person should go in at a time” he said expressionless..
I looked over at Dad hopeful that he would allow me to do so but i just couldn’t take the right away from him too.
She was his daughter ..
“You should go in first ” he said understanding my dilema and that is when i smiled for the first time in a week..
It was selfish of me for wanting to go before him but i just can’t help it..
Pie is the sole existance of my survival..
I looked at her and noticed her skin had turned pale while her body was badly bruised..
Her outer beauty din’t matter anymore..
She was here with me now that was all that mattered.
Anger bubbled up inside me as i took in all her bruises.
My love was in pain..
The person who harmed my Pie will pay and this time Dex and not godfather will make sure about it..
I walked closer to her and gently took her hand in mine.
“Baby now get up..we have had enough sepration to last us a life time….Baccha please” i begged and kissed her forhead
She slowly opened her eyes and smiled.
That smile..it always takes my breath away..
“Wwaaater” she stuttered..
I helped her up and gave her a glass of water.
As i turned to put the glass down she clutched my hand..
“Yes love i am right here..” i cooed to her.
She rested her head on my shoulder and closed her eyes..
Soon the medicine started its work and she drifted to sleep..
His best friend’s point of view-
How am i going to tell Big -B about his brother..
I can’t go blunt with him ..he is my brother in law..
But i need to check that its not him behind Bhabhijaan’s accident.
“I need to go a meeting ..I should be back soon..” i mumbled before walking out.
“Wait.what meeting.?.Jhonny cancelled all business meeting for a week.” He prodded.
Oh how can i forget .. he is all possesive and protective for his doll ..
“Wo..wo i am going home..” i said and quickly drove away before he could stop me.
Her best friend’s point of view –
Why is John behaving so weird..kahi yeh toh nai accident kay piche…
He has no actual reason but i just want to make sure..
I grabbed my keys and followed his car..
He was heading to a place outside the city and my fears were coming true..
He stopped at a worn down factory and entered in..
I followed suit..
There was a man tied to a chair in a dark room..illuminated only by a single bulb..
I couldn’t recognise the man but the silhoutte looked simiar .
He slapped the person before questioning him..
“Did you cause the accident.?”
“Mar gyi kya..?” The voice cross questioned
The voice sounds familiar too.
I walked out of my hiding to receive the biggest shock of my life
“Bhaiya” i muttered and John turned to me.
“Big – B” he gasped
“Why have you brought my brother here and why is he tied up..?”
“Tum sach nai jante ho..tum hospital jao..main waha aakar sab bataunga”
“Hospital.?” Bhaiya questioned
“Doll is in hospital …she met with a big accident” i explained.
“Dard toh bhut hora hoga na usse..?” He questioned.
“Haa they have put her on pain killers”
“Wow..Dard” he said and began to laugh.
I looked at him confused.
His best friend’s point of view –
He was getting happiness out of Bhabhijaan’s pain..
Such a sadist.
“Bhai tu chal yaha se..please.” i said and dragged Big – B outside.
“Ek min ..what do you mean by wow dard..?” He questioned
“Toh in logo ne kuch nai bataya tujhe..?”
“What do you mean .?
He din’t answer but just started to laugh.
Her best friend’s point of view-
Mujhe kuch samaj nai ara hai as to what happened here when i was away for match.
I need to talk to Angel ..she will tell me everything..
Just then John’s phone rang.
“Ji papa..we are coming over.” He said quietly before hanging up.
“Chalo Big-B we have to leave now..Papa has found the driver..”
We hurried back to the hospital to see Papa
His point of view –
Mom entered the room and i shushed her down
“Shh mom she is sleeping..”
She just smiled and blessed us both
“Acha you go your Papa is calling you..i am here with her..”
“Please take care.. i whispered before kissing Pie’ head and walking out.
I walked out and saw Papa John Dad and Big-B surrounding somebody.
“What is it Papa..?” I questioned
They all moved out and there on the bench was Ma.
“Maa..” i called out to her
She looked up at me and smiled while Papa glared at her..
“Will you tell Jhonny why did you do it..?” Spat Papa.
“Do what..?” I asked confused.
“What are you talking about uncle..?” Big-B questioned.
“Tell him that you caused the accident.. ”
“Papa” i whispered.
I can understand he dosen’t like maa but how can he blame her of something this big.
“Do you think i am speaking nonsense..? I am not an irrational person to accuse her without proof..”
“Proof..?” John asked.
I stoof there shocked not knowing how to react.
“This car was the same car i gifted you for our anniversary last year..” he said and pointed at the car in the footage.
“Stop trying to make my son against me..i dint do anything” she yelled
“Yes you did.”
“I din’t”
“Yes”
“No.”
“Yes tell him tbe truth or else i will have to use my ways” Papa threatened.
Maa took a deep breath and looked at me but she din’t speak a word..
She was not even defending herself now.
I wished for her to speak now..
This can’t be true..
“Now” Papa instructed.
“Yes i did it…that bloddy b*t*h took my son away from me
Now that you know the truth..i will tell you everything..
I had a good plan of starting a family with your father and loving him..
But no he wanted to grieve about his lost love.
Then you came along.
You were the apple of his eye..
I thought of completing my dream through you but unfortunately you fell in love with that b*t*h and she ruined all my plans.
Stupid girl.
Then i came with plan B
.i wish she would hav died and then i could have inherited the property from you .” mom said with hatred her in her eyes
” I am sorry maa.” I whispered ..not really knowing what to say..
She had left me speechless..broken …shattered.
Tears leaked from my eyes..
Just then Dad slapped her.
“You are a sick woman … you have know right to stay near my daughter.. Ted get the police..”
Big- B stepped aside to call the police.
“Beta please save me..” maa pleaded me..
I just stared in response..
“Leave him alone .you have caused him enough trouble already.”
John held onto me full time till maa was taken away by Police.
I broke down crying after they were no longer were in sight .
