My story starts from Bondita returning from sanyasini track with her mom.

Maa! Please get up! This is your Bondita. See My Birristra Babu saved me!

After listening to this Anirudh with wide smile walked towards bondita to lend a helping hand. ‘Khabardar If you touch my mom’ Bondita’s voice thundered as if she was infuriated on Anirudh. Anirudh was totally taken aback with Bondita’s spleen behaviour. He knew Bondita from small her behaviour was maybe good or bad. But this, this bondita was totally different! Her eyes were red as if a volcano has erupted inside her mind and to her every tear was filled with anger!  She stood and continued – Thank you for saving me, I am happy but I will not allow stranger to touch my mom! Anirudh was staggered. She continued Sakha Babu I knew you would save me, but what was my mom’s fault? She just wanted to save me? Is it a sin to save a daughter from any malpractice? you have taught me to fight against evil but why I and my mom become a part of a evil malpractice? why? She bended her head down and a moment while she said ‘ because of you’ This sentence was a shocker for Anirudh! Anirudh tried to justify himself by saying – I m sorry for Somnath’s doing, I didn’t know that… Bondita says you always saved me from every enemy and bad custom, its right!

She says but I became part of this bad custom because of you, wrong, you took responsibility of me, right, you kept the enmity wrong, I became a barrister, right, your enmity could have turned me mute forever, wrong, my mum’s wound bleeding, wrong, you asked me to argue and make a difference, right, but my argument couldn’t end your enmity, wrong, you asked me to choose education, right, but your enmity could have snatched my voice, its wrong, you understand my love, right, but you suppressed my love in front of the society, wrong, I chose this punishment for love, right, you kept the enmity, wrong, you said Bondita is most imp to you, right, but you have regarded me a spy, an enemy, a stranger, its wrong.

She says my breath is running, but I m not alive, hold my heart and try to listen, you won’t hear anything, because my heartbeat has stopped, your enmity has killed our relation, it ended everything. He cries and says I tried to save you. She asks from who were you saving me, I m a spy, an enemy, Somnath is better, he told me about his real hatred, you stood with the lie, you knew I m not a spy, but you stood silent, if you told in panchayat that you don’t think I m a spy, this would have not happened, you didn’t stop them, you made me a culprit, Sumati maa  is in this state because of you, you gave me wings to fly, but you had wounded my soul today and threw me on the ground. Bondita pls pls stop it! I I was it all my fault, I asked you to go but you did not go rather than you stayed here.. she says I told you that I accept, because I was ready to accept every punishment in your love, I didn’t accept to run away like a coward, how could I tolerate lies, when I learnt truth from you, I was wrong to find old Anirudh in you, you used to listen to your heart and speak out, I was wrong, you aren’t my barrister babu, no no you are not my barrister babu. I understood your enmity is everything, its imp than love and humanity, you keep it, I will never come to you, or take your name, I separate your name from my family and my dreams, you have taken every decision for me, I respected every decision, but not anymore, I will take my decisions myself, I will choose what I will do, when I returned, you decided that you will never see my face, I chose it now, I will never see your face. Saying this Bondita Left with her mother. Anirudh stupefied stood there crying hardly! Maybe he thought because of Enimity He lost his dearest bondita?

He stood there and started for home while walking her words were ringing in his ears* with a high tone  Anirudh says  how long will I run, I will face myself, I will admit the truth that we did wrong with Bondita, we all are responsible for it! Just then sampoorna, trilochan and som too came out! Trilochan asks him to go away, if villagers know that he had let Bondita go away, then they will get angry.

Aniurdh in a state says – I will admit the truth! Will he?
