Precap- Sonakshi and dev come back home from the doctor where everybody is
*They all get seated and start eating*
Asha- So sonakshi, doctor ne kya kaha? (What did the doctor say?)
Sonakshi- He said that he would like to make sure with some tests but then he had a talk with dev alone so I don’t really know
Asha- So dev, what did the doctor say?
Dev- the same thing, I just started questioning him about his life now
Asha- really? *laughs* what did you ask him?
Dev- Just some advice for being a doctor *chuckles*
Bejoy- Haan, so what do you guys plan to do now? Kuch internship karni hai ya nahi (Do you want to do any internship or not)
Sonakshi- Ya, I have gotten some offers but im still deciding
Abhishek- what about you dev?
Dev- I kind of want to start my own clinic
Sonakshi- That is actually a bad decision… later on it will be great but just after getting a degree you should get some hospital experience and then your clinic will grow
Dev- ya but-
Ishwari- No but-wat dev… start looking for jobs…
Dev- Haan to-
Abhishek- Dev, stop arguing…beta is right… your clinic will not succeed if the owner does not have prior experience
Dev- so… I-
Asha- eat something na…
Dev- ya ma-
Bejoy- I think dev is trying to say something, we keep on interrupting… bolo beta
Dev- haan to mein ye khe raha tha-
Mamiji- dev poha you poha pass
Dev- *passes the poha* *Keeps his head in his hands*
Sona- *laughs* Dev *Laughs* sorry… we will shut up now, bolo kya bolna hai
Dev- I have gotten a job, I have been working for the last 2 weeks… I will work the next 5 years but it will take 5 years to make my own clinic
Sona- You did not tell anybody!!
Dev- I thought that I’d get fully settled then share it with you guys but then if this came up then I just said it.
Abhishek- achaa hai (Good)
Ishwari- Aur sonakshi…. Tum kya soch rahi ho, jaldi se respond karo un offers ko warna choth jayge saare. (And sonakshi… what are you thinking, respond to those offers soon or they will slip out of your hands)
Sonakshi- haan ma, dekhti hu… (Yes mom, let me see)
Bejoy- So now that you guys have landed jobs, what are we thinking of your marriage?
Dev- *whispers to sonakshi next to him* so ms. Wifey to be… When should I take the appointment for?
Sonakshi- *whispers back* the doctors one
Dev- ya…
Sona- how about today evening then we will send in the report
Dev- ya, cause I got a date planned tomorrow
Sona- WHAT!! *loudly*
Dev- shhhh
Ishwari- kya hua beta? (what happened)
Dev- shit.
Ishwari- batao na sona aur dev, kya hua? ( tell na dev and sona… what happened)
Dev- Haan sona beta, batao na kya hua? (Yes sona sweetheart, tell na what happened)
Sonakshi- Mujhe kya pata dev bacha (What do I know dev kiddo)
*Asha and all the elders are laughing* *dev and sona crack up too*
-After 3 hours-
Dev- *calls sonakshi* Hello, sona…
Sona- hi.
Dev- what happened
Sona- nothing
Dev- no something happened, what?
Sona- aree im writing back to this job person so I was kinda busy.. why did you call though?
Dev- You have not gotten ready yet… don’t you want to go for the test?
Sona- Oh ya!! I completely forgot!! You come I’ll be downstairs in 10 minutes
Dev- I am already downstairs… come fast!!
Sona- Oh no!! Ok… coming! Bye
*After 10 minutes (counting in girl time :P)
Sona- Sorryyyyyy…. Chaloooooo
Dev- 30 minutes Sona… 30 minutes!!
Sona- sorry…
Dev- *chuckles* ab chalo, we will get late
-In the clinic-
*Dr walks in*
Dr- So, how are you dr. Sonakshi?
Sonakshi- Im fine…
Dr- why do you sound so anxious?
Sona- I’m actually scared of blood withdrawal…
Dr- Its nothing to be frightened for… You should know that…
Sona- Yes
Dr- lets just withdraw quickly you won’t even know!! Alright?
Sona- Alright…
*Sona holds dev’s hand tightly*
Dev- Don’t worry…
*Her blood is taken and the report is given to the doctor*
-In the car-
Dev- does it hurt?
Sona- no… not really
Dev- hey, do you want juice… I didn’t know which one you would be in the mood for so I got all of them which are good for energy…
Sona- aww… so sweet, my sweetie
Dev- Sweetie *laughs*
Sona- Yup, sweetie teddy tiny bear
*They both laugh*
