Dev- Chale sonakshi? (Should we leave sonakshi)

Dev- Ab to bata do ki kya ho raha hai? Im a cardiologist maybe I can help (Now you can tell what happened?)
Sona- Im also a doctor

Sona- I have been throwing up a lot… and last night I threw up blood, I took the appointment at that time only

Dev- *starts the car again* haan to mujhe hakh hai (ya so its my right)
Sona- mujhe daatna? (to yell at me)
Dev- Ya… jab tum itni stupidity karogi mein aise hi daatuga (Ya… when you do such stupidity I will yell at you like this)
Sona- stupidity?
Dev- ya… not telling me and stuff and also underestimating
Sona- hmm
Dev- How long have you been throwing up?
Sona- 2 weeks
Dev- amazing!!
Sona- Sarcasm *rolls her eyes*
Dev- And you threw up blood last night only?
Sona- ya
Dev- Achaa… did you eat anything yesterday?
Sona- umm… no
Dev- good job
Sona- *giggles*
Dev- *sits silent for 3 minutes* WAIT!!!!!!! *Jerks the car*
Sona- aaaaa (scared) what dev?
Dev- remember when you were 4 you used to throw up a lot of blood and then when Ma took you to the hospital they had said that you have been having this gastric issue and that whenever you go through some excess shock you will go through the gastic issue again but there is no medicine for It since its not very serious its just the matter of going through a lot of emotions… *blabbering the whole thing like he is figuring it out by himself* Shit yaar… its all my fault, sorryyyyyyyy…. Ughh im so stupid how can I not remember such a little thing about my girlfriend?? Does anyone even do that dev?? You are so bad!!!
Sona- *tries to say something* –
Dev- *puts his head on the steering wheel* Why are you so stupid dev!!!! Come on… you know her for so long and, and you….
Sona- Dev… tell me one thing? Which boyfriend remembers what happened to their girlfriend when she was 4? I mean I did not remember that!!
Dev- Ya but…
Sona- See… you remember now na, and I don’t think any friend whether in love or not will remember such little details about the other person. Plus, what happened yesterday could have happened to anyone, it was just a misunderstanding.
Dev- But…
Sona- No but wat… lets go to the doc and at least get to know why I am throwing up.
Dev- ok…
*They drive and reach the hospital then they ask the receptionist about the center and then go inside the doctor’s*
Dev- Doctor may we come in?
Dr. Pahlajani- Yes, yes please come in… Sonakshi right?
Dev- Yes, this is sonakshi and im her friend dev.
Dr. P- Nice to meet you two, please sit…
*They take a seat*
Dr. p- So what seems to be the problem?
Sonakshi- Dr, I have been throwing up for nearly 2 weeks now…
Dr.P- ohk… any constant stomach pains?
Sonakshi- no not as such…
Dr. P- and have you thrown up any other substance which does not feel normal… such as blood
Sonakshi- yes, last night.
Dr.P- hmm… ok, so let me write you some tests and you get them done from the hospital then come back to show the reports then only I will be able to figure out what the actual deal is, and dev I would like you to wait with me.
Dev- Ok doctor
Sonakshi- then I will be leaving, I will be back
Dr.P- Sure *smile*
*sonakshi leaves*
Dev- why did you want me to wait here doctor?
Dr. P- see, dev… This looks like a severe case of gastritis to me, we will only be sure after getting the tests done but long term stomach issues are very serious… I’m hoping for a moderate illness right now but just in case, I would like to warn you that this could also be a tear in the oesophagus or any other oesophageal condition… Or even worse but quite rarely these symptoms reflect in cancer as well, but I would like to hope for the best and think that it is minor till we are not fully sure, but be sure to take care of her.
Dev- I sure will doctor, thank you very much and I will get back to you after getting the tests done, thank you.
*Dev and Dr. Shake hands and dev leaves*
Dev- chale sonakshi, ghar chalte hai aur fir tujhe kuch khalate hai (Lets go home and eat something)
Sonakshi- Dev, doctor ne kya kaha? (Dev, what did the doctor say?)
Dev- He thinks you are pregnant
Sonakshi- oh… wait, what!!
Dev- Exactly, Im joking he was just telling me to take care of you… Then I started asking him questions about his career so I took some time…
Sonakshi- Ohk… fine lets go…
*dev and sonakshi drive to Dev’s house*
Sonakshi- Dev? Is everybody at your house?
Dev- Ours and yes… But start saying ours
Sonakshi- we are not married yet
Dev- See, you own my heart and if you own my heart you own everything that I own so my house becomes your house, right?
Sonakshi- Hmm… Smart
Dev- Thank you, now can we go! Im Hungry!!!!
Sonakshi- Ok, Ok… lets go.
*They go inside*
Ishwari- Aa gaye beta… Aaon bas abhi hi call karni wali thi mein, Sona beta ab tumhari tabiyat kaisi hai?(You have come… Come in I was just about to call you guys, Sona how is your health now sweetheart)’
Sona- Ma theek hai ab, much better. (Mom is good now, much better)
Ishwari- aacha hua, chalo kuch kha lo. (Good, eat something)
*They get seated and start eating*
