Roadies fame Baseer Ali talks about his daily soap debut with Kundali Bhagya
Baseer Ali, who rose to fame with his stint in reality TV shows like Splitsvilla and Roadies, is all set to make his acting debut with Ekta Kapoor’s Kundali Bhagya. Baseer will be essaying the role of Shaurya who is a rich, spoilt brat.
The actor talked about his role in a recent interview and shared, “This is my acting debut and with one of the best shows. I am glad to be considered for this role and I hope I can do justice. Shraddha, Shakti, Dheeraj have killed it and they are so popular. I want to see how people perceive me in the acting space.”
Meanwhile, the post-leap promo featuring the three actors – Paras Kalnawat, Baseer, and Sana Sayyad, has already gone viral.
Baseer said, “I have been cast as the negative lead and I think the casting is amazing with Paras and Sana. I will get to learn a lot from them. They are extremely talented. It is going to be an amazing journey.”
Talking about his role in the show, Baseer said, “I got a comfort zone while playing the role because certain traits match with my real-life personality. For the show, I have grown my hair a bit. I feel different and this look is helping me in playing the role of Shaurya better.”
