Ratan thinks this is the right chance to make him say truth. Abhay asks how dare you marry Diya whom I left and says you can save her if you are let alive. Diya and Mohana come to court. Arpita says 21 years old lawyer didn’t have and calls him coward. Diya gets angry on Arpita. Arpita says you can get 10 years or life imprisonment. Diya says Ratan will come to court and will prove that you are guilty and I am innocent. Arpita feels pity on her.

Judge comes and sits to hear the case proceedings. Diya asks court to give sometime. Lawyer says he is wasting time. Judge says court will wait for sometime. Abhay beats Ratan and asks pendrive. Ratan says I don’ have any pendrive. Goon gets pendrive in car and gives to Abhay. Ratan says there is nothing in it. Abhi beats him. Ratan gets injured. Diya prays for his well being. CT protects the lamp. Nitya tells CT that Ratan and Diya love each other unknowingly and says we shall unite them. CT says they have no love, but friendship. Nitya says when my marriage broke, nobody supported me. She says I am not with you now and will not let them separate. Abhi asks Ratan what is in pen drive and tells that he heard Arpita giving him pendrive and tells that after Diya left, I fell down as I was drunk and got injured with glass pieces piercing in my body. Everything gets recorded in the hidden camera on the car. Diya asks Court to give 5 more mins and says after that she is ready to get any punishment. Arpita smirks.

Diya prays for Ratan’s life. Abhay comes there. Arpita tries to talk to him, but he ignores her. Diya prays for Ratan’s life again. Yash comes to Ratan and lifts him as he is conscious. Court begins giving judgement. Just then Ratan comes there injured with Yash and says I have proofs against Abhay.

Abhay thinks I have snatched the pendrive then what proof he has. Diya sees him and runs to see him. She says I knew you will fulfill your promise. Yash and Diya take him near Judge. Ratan gives the pen drive. Arpita asks Abhay what is happening. Everyone see the video in which Abhay confesses to his crime. Arpita is shocked and says you have done stupidity. Abhay says I have seen you giving proofs to Mohana and Ratan. Ratan tells that he had planned to expose them. Arpita is shocked. Judge frees diya from the allegation and gives 5 years imprisonment to Abhay and 6 months imprisonment to Arpita. Ratan and Diya looks at each other. Diya reminisces song with him. Ratan smiles and hugs Diya. Abhay get angry and is about to attack Ratan, but policemen stops him. Ratan warns Abhay not to look at his wife again and says if you think of doing something then I will send you up. He asks Inspector to take them. They come out of court. He makes Diya wear his suit. Bahara song plays….

Reporter asks Yash how they won the complicated case. Yash gives credit to Ratan and Diya’s strong relation. Reporter asks again, Yash says same thing. Arpita hears them and instigates Mohana against yash. She says there is nobody greater than Diya and Ratan. Reporter asks Ratan about winning the case. Ratan tells that it was Diya’s believe that made him won. Diya and Ratan walks out. Yeh rishta plays…
