Diya tells Isha that only Ratan can fight her case and win. Isha hopes they stay together for life becoming each other’s strength. While Ratan is working on the case, Diya brings food for him and tries to feed him. He refuses to have food. Song plays…tere bina. Ratan comes to Diya and says he got an idea. He wakes up and says they have to recreate the incident to get proofs. He wakes up Mohak and asks diya to think him as Abhay and beat him. Mohak says I am afraid of getting beaten by Diya, her hands are heavy. Diya says how can I beat him. Ratan asks her to think him as Abhay and beat him. Mohak refuses. Ratan asks Mohak to record it and asks Diya to think him as Abhay and beat him. Diya beats Ratan just like she had beaten Abhay. Ratan feels the pain, but asks mohak to record it. He then picks a glass bottle and asks Diya to beat him. Diya threatens him holding broken glass bottle. Ratan says Diya’s this avatar is dangerous. CT talks to a lawyer and asks him to take up the case. He refuses saying Diya will lose, case is weak.

Ratan says Abhay would have got hurt at left side. Diya says it is left side in the report. Ratan says we got no proof. Diya says my exit is not there in the CCTV footage. Ratan checks and says yes. Diya is walking towards him. Ratan sees glass piece on the way and stops her. She falls on him. Title song plays……Ratan shows her glass piece and tells that he is sure Arpita bribed the security agency and got the footage tampered. Mohak asks Sakshi to save him from Ratan and says he can’t work, Bhuvan is right about her. Sakshi says you are royal joru ke ghulam and asks him to go and rest, says she will think. CT gives law book to Ratan and says she has underlined some points for him and hopes he wins the case. Ratan says why did you take so much efforts. CT says she wants him to win. Nitya asks him to have breakfast.

Diya asks yash to have food and asks why is he going back as he did night shift. Yash says I couldn’t get sleep. Diya asks if he is missing Mohana. Yash says I am worried for the case and leaves. Diya asks Ratan to have sleep. Ratan says I can’t sleep as I don’t want to do any mistake in the case. Diya says I want to meet Mohana and says Yash has immersed himself in work. She coughs. Ratan makes her have water. Diya drinks it. Yeh rishta plays. Ratan says I am not sure if you shall meet Mohana or not, as she is Arpita’s daughter.

Precap: Sakshi tells CT that Mohak got injury due to glass piece. Ratan says I got proof/loop pole in the case due to his acting.
