What if one day Riddhima decides to become a Sanskari Bahu?

Vansh felt something was burning and immediately woke up from the bed, there was smoke all over and Riddhima voice Chanting Something.

“Riddhima?” Vansh called her…

There she arrived, in a yellow saree, her hairs tied to a bun with a plate of Aarti in her hands.

“Ji?” Riddhima said.

Vansh’s eyes widened, he immediately woke up from the bed and took the thali from her hand making her sit on the bed. He touched her forehead and neck.

“Aap itna pareshan kyun ho rahein hai? Mai theek hun.” Riddhima said holding his hand, taking the thali from him.

“What is all this?” He said looking at the room.

“Nothing. You go and get ready. Then I will do your tilak.” Riddhima said happily taking the thali from him.

“Tilak?…uhm..tika.” Vansh for what she wanted to say.

“Riddhima I don’t need anything. You go downstairs I am coming.” Vansh said and kissed her forehead, moving to the washroom.

Here, Riddhima smiled sheepishly and went downstairs. She ran and took blessings of everyone, Anupriya, Dadi, Chachi, and Chacha too.

While the youngsters were rubbing their eyes in confirmation that they are dreaming or this is real.

“What happened? Let me do your tilak.” Riddhima said looking at Aryan who was staring at her. Riddhima did his tilak while he kept resisting.

It was Sunday, all were sitting in the hall and Vansh too came and sat next to Riddhima. But his act made everyone gasp. He took Riddhima in his arms and picked her up while she silently let him do what he did.

Vansh was astonished, she was always ready to beat him up when he did something like this infront of the family. But right now, she was just letting him do what he wanted to.

“Won’t you stop me?” Vansh asked her.

“Who stops her husband from doing something? Do whatever you want to. I am toh your life long servant.” Riddhima’s words made Vansh angry, he took her back to the room and closed the doors.

“Why are you behaving so wierd?” Vansh scolded her angrily.

“I..am..not. I am just doing what a wife should..” Riddhima stopped speaking as soon as Vansh held her arm.

“Why do you want to be like others? I love the way you are” Vansh said and kissed her cheeks. Riddhima blushed a little.

“Aap ese baat krte hai toh mujhe sharm aati hai” Riddhima said hiding her laughter, while Vansh frowned at her statement.

“What is this aap and all? Husband and wife are equal in a relationship. Do no place for this aap.” Vansh said tapping her forehead.

“Paap ho jaayega. Mai nahi chahti meri wajah se aap aur aapke kam par koi asar pade.” Riddhima said scaredly, laughing hard in her mind.

“Riddhimaaa” Vansh whinned, who could win from her? “Stop this now. Don’t you have your work to do?”

“I left it. Agar mein kaam karungi toh aapka khayal kese rakhungi? Bhagwan kasam aap ke aage kuchh nhi.” Riddhima said..

Vansh felt to hit his head on some pillar.

“Did you really leave your job Riddhima?” Vansh asked sternly and Riddhima nodded in yes.

“If I have to give my life for serving my husband, I will do that happily. It was a mere job.” Riddhima said frantically.

“I know I know I said you to be a good wife in anger I didn’t knew you will do this… forget it na Riddhima. Stop this now.” Vansh said trying to look cute, but how can he not.

“I forgot that the moment you said dear husband. Your words were true. I should be a good wife and I am trying to be one. This is the best way to be a good wife.” Riddhima said ina formal way, while Vansh hissed being irritated.

“Listen Riddhima. My friends are coming tomorrow. Please be back to normal until that time. I…I…” Vansh stuttered.

“As you wish my dear husband. I would obviously be a good wife. No need to stutter on your words and beg me.” Riddhima said with a smirk, while Vansh looked her with an ‘O’ shape mouth.

“I am going to office now…I can’t bear this…” Vansh murmured under breath, of course if he would say he would have to see more.

“Good wives don’t ask questions…but I didn’t hear what you said dear husband.” Riddhima said.

“I am going to my office!” Vansh said loudly and went away.

Riddhima laughed as soon as he left the room.

“Dear husband…it’s just the start.” Riddhima smiled.

“Now get ready to see…the new me” Riddhima says with a wink, and headed to the washroom.
