#RIANSH – SCAR ON SOUL# – #Part – 1#

Hello guys, am sorry couldn’t post the other FF’s as am still working on the story. I actually penned something but am not satisfied yet so still working on it. Till then here’s my another FF. Hope you’ll like it. 

Vansh Rai Singhania – 28 years old Businessman, a kind-hearted individual who loves his family and respects everyone irrespective of their age and class. He is the mirror of the opposite person; you’ll receive the good side of him if you are good and the evilest person if you tring on his nerves. Has Dadi, Siya, and Ishani as a family, and his best friends are Aryan and Angre.

Riddhima Sharma – 25 years old silent, introvert and broken soul. Is married to inspector Kabir Sharma. She is newlywed and has many dreams from her marriage and future. Best Friends are Aryan and Sejal.

Angre – Is partner in VRS Industries. Is Vansh’s confident and someone you can go to whenever need to. He has everyone’s back. Angre is married to Ishani. It’s a love marriage after dating for over 2 years.

Ishani – Vansh’s sister and Angre’s wife. Runs an event planning firm along with her sister Siya

Siya – Vansh & Ishani’s sister and runs an event planning firm with Ishani. Is dating Aryan and are about to get married soon

Aryan – Is an Architect and has his own firm which is running successfully. Is about to get married to Siya soon. Best friend of Riddhima, Sejal, Angre & Vansh

Sejal – Works in Vansh’s company. Best friend of Riddhima & Aryan.

Kabir Sharma – Married Riddhima. A serious, angry young man. His parents found Riddhima fit for him and he married her and bought her from Pune to Mumbai (city of Dreams)

Vansh was in his office cabin reading some files when Angre came to meet him.

Angre: Vansh we have interviews scheduled for your PA today. Would you like to conduct it or shall I do it myself?

Vansh (thinking): Ummm…. You start, I’ll complete the meeting and reach to continue

Angre: Okay! The interviews start at 10 am.

Vansh: I’ll be there by 10:30 am. By the way how many applications did we get?

Angre: There are around 150, out of which 60 are qualified enough for the post, whereas others are here either to trap the handsome most eligible bachelor or to try their luck of earning a hefty salary. (smiling)

Vansh (smiling): This is ridiculous. You even did the background study?

Angre: What to do! However, you’d ask me to do it later on. So, did it beforehand

Vansh: Interesting… Very Interesting. So, what did you conclude?

Angre: If you just forget the 90 candidates! Out of 60, there are only 23 candidates who are as per your requirements and even in them there are only 7 candidates who’d abide by rules and there are 3 candidates who are in dire need of a job and are sincere and most trustworthy.

Vansh: Interesting…. Very Interesting!!! Fine, then you reject the others and continue the interview with the only 23 candidates. I’ll join you meanwhile.

Angre nodded and left to continue the interviews. Interviews started and the other candidates were rejected and Angre was conducting the interviews for the 23 candidates and everyone was nervous as VRS Industries is one of the top industries in the country and working in them is nothing less than any prestigious opportunity. And then their eyes fell on a girl clad in a simple saree, with a file in her hand and a handbag on her shoulders. She spoke to the receptionist and took her seat in one of the corners of the waiting room and was playing with her fingers trying to avoid contact with the candidates present. The others were gossiping about her and she decided not to pay heed. After a while, Vansh joined and was proceeding with his interviews while the lady was nervously waiting sweating, and constantly staring beneath her feet avoiding to stare anyone else. Then she felt a hand on her shoulder and she jerked out of fear and with fear in her eyes, she looked at the persona and then her expressions changed and hugged the person with tears. And then she jerked due to pain in her back. The person sat beside her and she was speaking with the person but she wasn’t in fact speaking as much as the person was doing. Then her name was called out and once again she jerked due to the sudden shout and then composing herself she reached the cabin and knocking on the door she asked permission to enter and when she was asked to enter she gently pushed the door and entered

Vansh’s POV:

I clearly wanted to select my PA so was conducting their interviews myself and until now didn’t find any worth selecting. Then I called the next candidate and when she entered the cabin, my eyes fell on her and I was shocked in fact even Angre was, clad in a simple saree with a file and a handbag, she was having difficulty in walking and her hands had some bruises which she was trying hard to hide and then my eyes fell on her face which had innocence filled in those dove-shaped black eyes, buttoned nose and then my eyes fell on her lips which had a scar on the left side of the lower lip. She didn’t seem to be in a position to come for an interview and yet she was here in this condition. I was wondering what happened to her and then I gestured Angre to continue as I wanted to listen to her answers instead of being the one asking her any question. Angre understood and with a firm tone he spoke

Angre (firm): Please take your seat

His voice was a bit higher than the normal and listening to his voice she jerked as if she’s a person of phonophobia (phobia of loud noises). I gestured Angre to speak low and then he once again repeated

Angre (calm): Please take your seat

She nodded and then pulling the chair gently she sat and then once again jerked as if she hurt by sitting suddenly. This girl is something which am unable to understand. Something is definitely fishy with her this behavior which is a lot different than anyone I ever met. Angre was interviewing her and she was replying to all the questions with her quivering voice and I was listening to her voice which had the audacity to mesmerize anyone. It had a soothing musical sensation and it even had some hidden pain and she wasn’t able to speak a bit in a higher tone as whenever she tried she jerked due to the scar in her lip. I didn’t pay attention when she told her name and I was wondering what’s her name and then breaking my thoughts Angre handed me her file to once check her qualifications and I could see her nervousness when I was going through the file.

Vansh (thinking): So, her name is Mrs. Riddhima Sharma. Wait (looking at her) she’s married!!! (shock)

Then I found a slight vermillion on her hairline and nuptial chain hanging on her neck. I felt something fishy and I was lost in thoughts when Angre jerked me

Angre: Vansh what happened?

I just nodded and when I saw the door of my cabin opening and I don’t know why I just shouted and she jerked

Vansh: WHO’S THAT!!!!

Seeing her jerking I hit myself mentally and calmed before glaring back at the door as to who entered and then my expressions changed. With a smile on my face, I spoke

Vansh: Aryan!!

I stood and gestured Angre to ask the girl to wait outside

Angre: Riddhima you can wait outside. We’ll let you know who’s selected.

She just nodded and tried to collect her file from my hands she was shivering; I gently passed the file to her which she picked swiftly and with difficulty stood and was about to go when Aryan with many emotions and expressions shouted on top of the cabin and then once again this Riddhima jerked with fear and then looked at him

(POV Ends)

Aryan was walking into the cabin when his eyes fell on the person who was leaving the cabin and then his pupils widened in shock

Aryan (shout): RIDDHUU!!!!

Riddhima jerked and then glared at the source of the voice and then a small smile crept on her face. He hugged her tight while she didn’t respond and drew back of the hug with an expression of pain. Vansh was noticing her expressions and actions. Aryan was confused to see her there

Aryan: Riddhu you are here in the city and you didn’t even contact me or Sejal?

Riddhima (hesitantly): Aryan how are you?

Aryan (rolling eyes): Seriously Riddhima! Am asking something and you are diverting the topic?

Riddhima was eying the surroundings and Aryan realized where he is and then turned towards Vansh and Angre. He gestured Riddhima to wait there and he hugged Vansh and Angre. And then turning towards Riddhima

Aryan: Riddhu do you know Sejal works here

Riddhima turning towards Aryan and not giving a look towards the boys, she was staring at the ground and just nodded. Aryan felt this behavior of her as odd and then approached her and gesturing Vansh and Angre, he led Riddhima towards the cafeteria and asked Sejal too to join them there. while walking out her back was exposed to Vansh and his eyes widened as her back was exposing some of her bruises. Unaware of him his eyes had many emotions and he held his fist. Once they walked out of the cabin, Vansh glared at Angre

Vansh: Who’s this girl and her condition?

Angre: Vansh even am confused! Her nervousness and her behavior is something I never saw. And when I was conducting her background study I didn’t do her personal background study I was just going through her educational and professional background. And she’s one of the 3 candidates I was speaking of

Vansh: Angre announce that the results will be declared tomorrow and ask Aryan to come home tonight. I want to speak to him and yes I need every information about this girl asap.

He glared at Angre and left towards his home but his thoughts were occupied by her. Meanwhile, Angre did as Vansh said and then all candidates left and he went in search of Aryan and found him in the cafeteria with
