Riva’s POV:

Hello people! This is me Riva Rai Singhania. Yes yes I am the daughter of the great vansh rai Singhania and sweetest Riddhima vansh rai Singhania. I am currently 17 years old but i still remember the incident of my first period when I was 13! I would like to share it with you all! So let’s start! I am a person who loves playing. So as usual I went out for playing when I felt pain in my stomach. I decided to go home and as I reached,I directly went to washroom. The scene I saw was out of my mind. I thought that I got hurt in my private parts but how?? I rushed to mom and dad’s room. I quickly hugged her and started crying. She gave me a questioning look.

Riddhima: what happened to my baby?

On which I replied:

Me: mom I think I got hurt in my private parts. I am having blood there. I am also feeling stomach pain and cramps. I am having mood swings too! I don’t know what is happening (crying).

She gave me a smile. I was shocked.

Riddhima: my girl is a grown up now.

I didn’t understand what she meant. That’s when I noticed dad coming from the entrance.

Vansh: yes sweetheart! Our girl is a grown up now.

Me: what are you both saying!

Riddhima: riva.. you did not get hurt! These are periods! Every girl faces it! These are natural and mood swings, stomach pain and cramps are common in this. Don’t worry.

Vansh: yes princess! It’s not a topic to worry.

Mom took me with her and taught me about hygiene to maintain in periods. I understood what was happening with me and my family fully supported me in this. My family is the best I must say. Mom always support me in my periods. She is the one who truly understands me and my antics as she knows what happens to me. Dad also supports me alot. He always brings chocolates for me which I am always craving for in periods. He tolerates all my mood swings. And not only they both supported me in my first period but also they support me till now when I am on my periods. As you all know that exercises are good to do in periods. So Ishani bua always help me out in that. Siya bua always makes my interest in studies during my periods because I am not able to focus because of my cramps. Aryan chachu has always pampered me a lot since childhood. He too supports me in my periods. He takes me out which I love to and my mood becomes good. I must say my family is the best and supportive one!
