V’s pov

I was playing with her but when I followed her gaze it was on Ishaani, SHitt ! no I can’t let her help her, I want to spend time with my wife.

V: On a second thought, I am the only one who can help you secretly without anyone’s knowledge therefore I am merciful.

Riddhima rolled her eyes at my dialogue accepting my help.

R: what will you make?

V: Emm a sweet dish, What about Apple walnut kheer .We need Sugar, Apple, walnuts, Milk, and oats. Bring me the ingredients, I will start making it.

Riddhima grinned ad I asked: What?

R: Mr. Great Cook, I don’t know where it’s kept.

V(slapping my forehead): Yeah, I forget. I will take out walnuts and you chop it ok.

I placed everything in front of us, Then saw Riddhima was confused how to chop it. She is looking so cute with the frown on her face. I could make it but I want her with me, To spend time with her ad talk to her. I held her hand from behind.

R’s pov

I felt a burning sensation on my cheeks, Something like electricity passed through my whole body whe I felt his breaths on my neck. I couldn’t breath anymore.

With shivering hands, I nodded just for him to get away before I lose my mind with these feelings.

I looked at him while he folded the shirt’s sleeves, and opened the first button, He was looking …. Hot !!

I widened my eyes at his next move: WHat did you do?

V: are you mad? You were about to cut your finger !

R: & You held the knife ! you really lost it, see blood !! Let me see it.

V: It’s fine, Riddhima !!

R: No, It’s not !!

He took out his handkerchief and dressed the wound after cleaning it.

No doubt he is crazy, Neverthless His craziness is so lovely. I am loving it.

After sometimes, He was preparing it while My mouth was wide opened, He did it perfectly.

R(with fallen face): You said, You are going to help me.

V(confused): I just did, Don’t you see the dish?

R: I am seeing it that’s why I am telling you !! They won’t believe taht I made it.

V(laughed): Nice way to show how impress you are, sweetheart!

Sweetheart? He called me sweetheart? I think it’s so lovely name. He is like my friend now, so friends call each other by such names.

Anu: Vansh, what are you doing here?

V: drinking water.

Anu: Ohh, Riddhima, Did you cook?

V: yeah, Mom, she made such a tasty dish.

Anu: Really? You just came right?

V: Yes, Mom, I just saw it by coincidence.

V’s pov

The dish was served and everyone loved the dish, Anupriya: Ha Vansh, How is the dish?

V: It’s so tasty Mom.

R(whispered): self-centered.

I fought the urge to laugh at her expressions but Mom asked me to give her a gift.

R’s pov

Obvisiouly he didn’t brought any gifts, I heard Ishaani’s surprised voice

I: Wow Bhai, so beautiful Ring.

I looked at the ring, It Has “VR” On it, But it was so beautiful, I was so shocked that he brought a gift for me.Still Self-obssessed !!!

V: Actually, I designed it myself for my future wife so long time Back, Now, I think it’s your right.

I felt uncomfortable with the future wife’s talk, WHom wanted to marry? It must be an English lady after all he is so handsome, And have definitely many women after him. What Am I saying? I ignored the question that My subconscious mind asked and extended my hand for him to make me wear it. I felt kind of possessiveness toward him.

R(looking at the ring smiling): Thank you.

V’s pov

I was working for hours in the studyroom with Angrey till I finished it.

V: Great, Text them and tell me what will be their answer.

Ang: Ok Bhai.

Ishaani came and put her hands on her hips: Bhai, Enough, My poor husband is suffering because you make him overwork. Can’t you spare him for a day?

V(side smile): Oh Really? ANd why so?

I: Because yesterday was your marriage and you have a wife now. I am glad Riddhima is coping up well with what happened therefore as a responsible husband you have to take care of her. Don’t you care for her?

V(deep thoughts): Yes.

I: means Angrey can come with me?

ANgrey was holding his laughter, and VAnsh said absent-mindly: Yes.

I: Yaaay, Thank you, Bhai, You are the best.

V: WHat ? wait !!

But she escaped pulling her husband with her before he could talk.

V(smiled): she is crazy but she is right too,I have to show Riddhima my care.

He went to the room to see what was she doing but didn’t find her there.

V: where did she go?

He walked through the corridor where he heard her taking with his father.

R: You don’t need to disown him dad,I don’t have a problem with his return.

My blood boils and I punched the window near me till the glasses pieces were pierced inside my hand.

R’s pov

I was going to my room when I heard dad talking with mom about disowning Kabir, and that he called them.

Aj: I said He is not welcome here after what he has done, besides He is not our son anymore.

Anu: Ajay, Please, we can’t do that.

Aj: You forgot that Riddhima married Vansh, It won’t be comfortable for them to bring him back, It’s actually injustice. I said No means No.

R: dad ?

Aj: Riddhima?

R: Dad, I agree he has done many mistakes that I won’t ever forgive him for but

V’s pov

My hand was bleeding heavily but luckily I sent the servant before they figure out who broke it. I don’t want to show Riddhima this side of me, She’ll get scared and go away, And I can’t allow her to.

Kabir’s return didn’t hurt me, but Riddhima’s eagerness to have him back made me lost it. Now time to change the game. I heard footsteps coming near the room.
