RIANSH FF: DIVERGENTS LOVE CHAPTER 1: CONFUSION

Here it goes……

A girl is standing infront of mirror while a man is cutting her hair. After that he makes it into a braid.

Man: Ridhimma so today is the day. Are you ready??

Ridhimma: yeah dad , but does aptitude test affect your choices??

Theo (ridhimma’s dad): it depends on you whether you let it affect your decision or not .

Saying this he hugs Ridhimma and goes away. While Ridhimma stands in front of mirror and looks at herself

Ridhimma’s pov

I am Ridhimma Mathews ,daughter of Theo Mathews the abnegation leader. Don’t ask about my mother I have not seen her till now nor I know her name. I really curious to know that but curiosity is not the trait of abnegation. Sometimes I think do I really belong here . I am not selfless enough like my brother Kabir so how can I be in abnegation . If I choose any other faction I will called traitor people will taunt my father so I need to do choose carefully. I get ready in my grey colored robes and go downstairs

Ridhimma pov ends

Ridhimma and Kabir get into bus which will take them to aptitude test hall. As Ridhimma takes her seat she sees Kabir vacating his seat for a candor . She could recognise his faction as he wears a black suit and white tie. She again starts thinking about aptitude test. Soon they reach their destination. When she got down of bus she saw the people in fully black clothes jumping off the train and running towards to hall. They were dauntless the brave .

Ridhimma pov

I don’t know why I am always attracted towards them . Since school time I fascinated them . I always used to wait outside school to see them jumping off the train. I loved there cheerfulness and free lifestyle. living with people of abnegation always led me to think I belong to abnegation but now that thought has become blur .

Suddenly I feel some pushing him. I held the nearby by electric pole to balance my self. When I look up to see who pushed me I see people dressed in blue clothes that is people of erudite faction. This have been happening with us for quite some time . Erudite have been releasing articles against abnegation leaders and telling others that we are corrupted. I don’t know the reason behind this till now.

Kabir and I enter the hall and take our seats. Little far from us I see Amity . They are dressed in red and yellow clothes. They are talking among themselves and enjoying without disturbing others .

Kabir: are you nervous??

Me: ya, what about you?? I think you have already decided.

Kabir for a second looked confused as if he is unsure of himself . Then he changed his expression.

Kabir: yes what is there to think about it.

I noticed he was sweating . What is he thinking?? Is he also confused like me?? Just then Kabir’s name was called . He got up and went towards the room.

With each and every second my confusion was increasing. I don’t want to be the reason for taunts on my father neither I want to be a caged inside and suppress my desire. What should I do??

After sometime my name was called I stood up and silently went to room to know where my destiny takes me
