RIANSH: Becoming Mrs. Raisinghania – Episode 7

Hi, y’all! Before anything else, I’ve to say how bad at communicating I am. I don’t know what happened, but this FF will not be discontinued unless y’all want me to do it. In the last episode, I’d said, that I hope the episode wasn’t too bad to stop reading it further. Anyhow, here are the responses to the comments from the previous episode:

Hi Khushi123, thank you so much!

Hi Seanna, I’ll go slap myself and come again, lol. But thank you so much and don’t spill out any secrets you know.

Hi Sameera, thank you so, so much! You’re an absolute sweetheart. I’m sorry to keep you waiting, it’s just the workload, but I’m glad to have your interest piqued and hopefully, I’ll continue hearing from you.

Hi Sumisha, thank you so, so much! That is very sweet of you. Here’s an extremely quick update for you.

Hi Naira U Singh, thank you so much!

Hi Jayashree, thank you so much! I’m going to take in your suggestion really soon, but it won’t be in the aspect of love – more like admiration and friendship. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless and I look forward to hearing more from you.

Hi Sonal, thank you so much! I’m sorry to have you waiting, but not going to discontinue unless y’all want me to. Here’s a really quick update and I’d look forward to hearing from you again.

Hi Den, thank you so much! Omg, I really don’t know why my communication is this bad, but not discontinuing the FF. And also, Vansh doesn’t know about Angre’s obsession. He just assumed it’s a both side thing.

Hi Vasu, thank you so much! I’m glad you liked it and I’d look forward to hearing more from you.

Hi Anhi, thank you so, so much! Your words really, really mean a lot to me.

Hi Disco Priya Ravichandran, thank you so much! I’m glad you’re liking the FF and I hope you’d continue liking it and sharing your views too.

Hi M, indeed they are. Thank you for reading and commenting!

Hi Riansh Lover, I’m not discontinuing. Not unless y’all ask to me to, lol. But thank you so, so much! You’re so absolutely sweet and I’m so glad that you’re liking the FF.

Hi Ehsaas, thank you so much! Also, your one shot was amazing. I couldn’t comment because of everything happening, but your writing is so wonderful. I hope to read more from you.

Hi TSA, thank you so, so much! You’re easily the kindest. Why does everyone want Vansh to win? Not fair! I guess, I’ll go with Angre’s obsession track too, because love is meant to be kinder and definitely not selfish.

Hi G, thank you so much! And I’m not discontinuing, not until y’all ask me to or the story ends, anyway. And yes, this FF is meant to be a much longer one, so I’m just hoping I don’t bore the h’ll out of everyone.

Hi Chaitanya, thank you! And absolutely, no worries. There are quite a few dialogues in here too, I hope you like it.

Hi KV2711, thank you! Yes, they were fighting like kids and you’d see a lot of that coming in the next few updates. I wanted to keep it slightly immature, because their fights later might get serious – MIGHT. I hope you like this update too.

Hi Sahada, you guessed it right. How did you not comment? I was so damn demotivated, lol. I love Riddhima’s character too, so hi5, but thank you so much! And also, I do have one other FF up on the internet, but that’s on another couple. 😀

Hi Lakshmi, thank you so, so much! I’m sorry, things are a little busy at the moment, but here’s a really quick update. And I’m not discontinuing the FF, don’t worry. I hope you like this episode and I look forward to hearing more from you.

BECOMING MRS. RAISINGHANIA – EPISODE 7: YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL

Riddhima walked out of the warmth of the mansion hours later, wanting to rid herself from the discussions of marriage. She hadn’t expected any better, especially after they’d received an invitation for a Swayamvar, but she couldn’t help laugh over it every time she thought of it.

It was the 21st Century for God’s sake and everyone found their matches on their own. The ones who wanted to get married, of course. There were also people who didn’t believe in love and the entire idea of inviting them to an event like this, was absolutely bizarre. She didn’t have much of a say, though. Her mother didn’t want to let go of even one invitation that the Raisinghania’s extended, and she hadn’t wanted to upset her mother after that day.

“Bhabhi!”

She craned her neck over the shoulder to see who else was outside the mansion beside her, but she turned around immediately, deciding to ignore. Why didn’t the Raisinghanias leave her alone and allow her some space to breathe? She’d just gotten rid of their annoying son a few hours ago, and here one of his sisters was chasing her. She couldn’t even recall her name.

Perhaps, she could completely ignore her. Because she’d just shouted an addressal and not her name. She paced faster, beginning to curse herself for deciding for a stroll. And why the h’ll did this sister of Vansh Raisinghania call her ‘Bhabhi’? She hadn’t agreed for the marriage, and she wasn’t going to.

Much rather, in this Raisinghania event, they could find some sanity and an interested bride for their brother.

“Riddhima Bhabhi!”

She’d to stop. She shut her eyes and inhaled a deep breath, mentally preparing herself to deal with another insane sibling of this family. The twin of Vansh Raisinghania hated her for absolutely no reason and she made it extremely obvious with the way she talked to her. If it was on her, she’d have punched her square in the face.

“Bhabhi! I’ve been trying to call you for so long.”

She knew exactly how long. Ever since she’d been trying to ignore. She turned around and flashed a forced smile at her.

“Oh, hello there, Gorgeous!”

Riddhima (taken aback): Excuse me?

Siya: Shut up, Aryan! She’s going to be Vansh Bhai’s fiancé.

Aryan: Oh, so you’re Bhabhi number 1!

Riddhima decided this guy had a very weird way of talking and figured, she needed to steer clear of him. Not like she wanted any company in the coming few days they were here, anyway.

Riddhima (in a hesitant tone): Who is he?

Siya: Oh, sorry Bhabhi. This is Aryan, my…

Aryan (interrupting): Hi, I’m Aryan. Siya’s best-friend. I’m glad we met, Siya’s been talking about you.

Riddhima: About me? All good things, I hope.

Aryan (laughing): Of course. Not that if she talked bad about you, I could tell you, but apparently, she’s been highly impressed with Vansh Bhai’s choice.

Riddhima (smiling): Thanks, I guess?

Siya: Bhabhi, you don’t have to be so formal. You know, I saw you the other day in the Musical, and I was so impressed with how you carried yourself with all that confidence and flawlessness. It was like you didn’t give a damn about what was happening around.

Riddhima: Which I didn’t, because I was sort of clueless around that crowd, but I didn’t want that to be seen. And honestly, I didn’t really care about the discussions that were taking place there (looking around) or even here for that matter. I don’t like the shaadi (marriage) vibe.

Aryan: But you’re the one to get married! I’ve been listening to the conversations around and everyone’s just surprised at how you’re going to get married to Vansh Bhai.

Riddhima (muttering her breath): I’m shook. (audibly) I don’t know why that’s the topic of discussion, but I haven’t agreed for the marriage. And on that note, you need to stop calling me ‘Bhabhi’, Siya.

The two of them looked at Riddhima, surprised at her confidence and bluntness while being equally shocked at how she’d disagreed for a marriage that was beginning to become the talk of the town.

Aryan: Siya, I think Ishani was looking for you inside. I’ll go around with Riddhima, you go ahead.

Moments later when Siya had walked away, Aryan and Riddhima walked around the premise quietly. Riddhima liked it because Aryan wasn’t providing her an annoying company. He walked around quietly and she appreciated how he was providing her ample space and privacy.

Aryan: I doubt anyone would ever disagree for a marriage with Vansh Bhai, you know? That’s probably why he liked you, I guess.

Riddhima: Does it count that I don’t like him then? I don’t want to marry him.

Aryan: Why? You’ve a boyfriend? (looking at her) Sorry, not my place to ask.

Riddhima (smiling): That’s alright, don’t worry. But no. I just don’t like him.

Aryan (stopping and turning toward her): You know, this is why he wants to marry you. You’re just too straightforward and it’s that confidence. I’ve never met a girl here, in all these years, who’s held this kind of confidence, you know?

Riddhima: I don’t know if that’s supposed to make me feel good…

“It definitely should. Aryan’s absolutely right.”

The two of them turned around and Riddhima slapped herself mentally. When was she going to rid herself out of this trap?

Aryan: Hi, Vansh Bhai! We were just talking about you.

Vansh: I know. I was listening to your conversation.

Riddhima (interrupting): Thanks for being honest, but not appreciated. Why the h’ck did you eavesdrop into our conversation?

Aryan: Relax, Riddhima! We weren’t talking about anything that he couldn’t…

Riddhima (looking at Vansh pointedly): Still doesn’t give him the right to eavesdrop.

Aryan: Riddhima…

Vansh: It’s Bhabhi for you!

Riddhima: No, it isn’t! (clenching her teeth) I’m not marrying you.

Aryan (throwing his hands in the air): Woah guys, I’m going to get myself out of here while the two of you are at it.

Vansh: What happened to your mood? You were all fine minutes ago.

Riddhima (muttering): Of course, you came.

Vansh: I heard that.

Riddhima: Good! It was meant for you to hear. Now, if you’d leave me alone.

Vansh: I’m going to be a nice friend and show you around the place.

Riddhima: That won’t be needed. I don’t need a live commentary of how rich your family is.

Vansh: What’s my family done to you? Why are you annoyed at our entire clan?

Riddhima: Don’t you know? They gave birth to you.

Vansh: Hasna tha? (Was I supposed to laugh?)

Riddhima: Nahi, tum nahi has paoge. Tum rehne do. (No, you won’t be able to laugh. You let it be.)

Vansh looked at her, a small smile stretching the corners of his lips as he reminisced the exact words he’d used earlier in the morning.

Vansh: You shouldn’t be using my words if I annoy you so much.

Riddhima: Why? Are those words copyrighted under your name?

Vansh: Have you always been this arrogant, ya waqt ne kiya koi haseen sitam?

Riddhima: Those words are copyrighted under the script writer of ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and are extremely overused. (increasing her pace) Why don’t you leave me alone?

Vansh (laughing): Why can’t you let me be a nice friend to you? Haven’t you heard a friend in need is a friend in deed?

Riddhima: I’m in no need and absolutely don’t want to pay you any heed.

Vansh: Hey, you’re picking rhyming words! My company is helping you get better.

Riddhima: Honestly, why have you been behind me since the morning?

Vansh stepped closer to her and felt her heavy breathing on his face. As the rays of the sun filtered through the trees, her face glowed and he couldn’t look away from her. There was something in her face that forced him to stare at her, and take in all of that beauty of hers.

Riddhima: Don’t you even…

Vansh placed a finger over her lips and shushed her, letting the silence envelop them. Around her, he’d begun feeling in a fantasy and he couldn’t ignore how it made him feel better. How SHE made him feel better, in ways she wasn’t aware.

He stepped closer to her and cornered her against one of the trees in the premise. He couldn’t ignore how her flaws, how her natural look all seemed so beautiful. He bent down and lowered his voice, before beginning to whisper in her ears.

Vansh: You know, Aryan was right. No one has ever dared to behave with me this way. Never ever. It’s this confidence of yours that sets you apart in a crowd, you know? Just know that you’re beautiful, because you aren’t fake. And that’s exactly why I think we should be friends. That’s why I’ve been wanting to talk to you since the morning.

He tilted his head and pressed a kiss on her cheek before stepping away. He’d thought she’d shout at him for touching her again, but he saw how her eyes were shut and a faded shade of crimson had adorned her cheeks.

She was absolutely beautiful!

That’d be it for this episode. I’ve no clue what you guys are going to think of this episode because I don’t have much of an opinion, so do let me know. However, tell me, who do you think is going to fall in love first? And if any changes are needed, do suggest. Thank you for reading!
