#RIANSH – A CUTE LOVE STORY – Episode – 22 – RIANSH are just Friends!!!

I am back from my safe place :P. After yesterday’s episode, it was needed for me to go into a safer place to avoid attacks 😀 😀

The episode starts with…

Dadi’s statement came as a shock to all the youngsters mainly Riddhima and Vansh who were looking at each other in ultra-shock with their eyes widened and couldn’t digest the statement and all in unison – “NOOOOOOOOOOOOO”!!!!!!!

All the elders were puzzled of the reactions of youngsters while except Riddhima and Vansh, all other girls were quietly surprised and before they could speak Vansh & Riddhima took the initiative

Riddhima & Vansh (unison): Dadi…

They didn’t know that the other was about to say, they looked at each other and then

Vansh & Riddhima: Vo….

Again, they looked at each other, before speaking again

Vansh & Riddhima: Actually….

This time they both banged their heads and before they could say anything,

Dadi: One at a time,

Ishani: Dadi, how could you even think like that

Sejal: Exactly dadi, I celebrate with bhai because he is my brother

Dadi: So, Riddhima is your sister right so…

Riddhima: Dadi, its true Sejal is my sister but Vansh can’t be my brother never ever.

Vansh was amused by Riddhima’s response and thanked god for making sure Riddhima didn’t feel this bond as brother and sister as dadi felt and was upset on dadi for trying to make her his sister when he was trying to make her something else… before he could complete that sentence his brain asked him what does he want her to be in his life if not sister, why did he stop dadi from making her sister, why didn’t he do this when Sejal was declared his sister, what’s difference between Riddhima and Sejal, why did he not feel like sisterly bond with Riddhima, what’s the name of the feeling he has for Riddhima. His heart and brain were indulged in a fight between relations and emotions. Before he could come to a conclusion

Dadi: Beta, but what happened?

Vansh: Dadi, the issue is we aren’t brother and sister

Riddhima thanked god to know that Vansh doesn’t feel her to be his sister.

Riddhima: Exactly dadi, we are just friends and there is nothing like brother and sister bond. I don’t even want it to be so. He can be brother for Ishani, Siya and Sejal and if needed for anyone else but definitely not mine (total frustration)

Vansh: She is Angre’s sister and will always be, she can be sister for Ishani, Sejal and Siya and if needed will be so for all the men in the world but definitely never ever mine. Never ever think such dramatic thoughts (frustrated)

They both didn’t realise what they said in frustration. Somewhere their hearts were out but their brains were not in a position to accept the facts.

Dadi: But beta,

Vansh & Riddhima: But what dadi!!! (looked at each other of how they reacted)

They composed themselves and

Riddhima: Sorry dadi I shouldn’t have reacted that way but the fact is

Vansh: We are friends and we can never be bonded in brother and sister relationship.

Riddhima nodded at his statement. Their behaviour came as a surprise and all the elders and youngsters were shocked and felt something fishy. Youngsters were amazed as to what was happening and why.

Ishani (almost whispering): Sejal, what the hell is happening? I mean in the last 3 years whenever any girl topic came bhai used to relate the girl to him as sister and when dadi did that he is opposing and even Riddhima is.

Sejal: Exactly my point, I understand why we reacted that way as we felt that relation weird but the way they reacted is a reaction to be considered and we need to confront them. But before that we need to sought this out

Ishani & Siya: Exactly

Ishani: Dadi, how and why did you even feel like that???

Siya: Disgusting dadi

Anupriya: Shut up you both, you are questioning dadi?

Dadi: Anupriya!!! They are all friends and so are standing for each other that’s good. I appreciate their bonding and now let me explain my point actually Sejal and Riddhima are like sisters and Vansh is like brother to Sejal so thought Riddhima too considers him so, and Angre and Vansh are best friends and so Angre considers Siya as his sister so thought may be Vansh would also consider Riddhima as his sister

Ishani: C’mon yaar dadi!!! Like seriously!!! Angre doesn’t consider me sister right! We love each other.

Uma: Do you mean Riddhima and Vansh too….

Her statement was expected yet unexpected while everyone was looking at youngsters, who were looking at Riddhima and Vansh. Elders observing their glare they too shifted their glance from youngsters to Riddhima and Vansh who were by now having an eye – lock by the question popped by Uma and were trying to understand their bond, they themselves were questioning as to what do they feel for each other, and what is this feeling called, why do they feel so, do the other person also feel the same. They were in search of answers but they didn’t find any!!! They looked at each other and then back at all the eyes who were staring at them for their response. So, finally

Riddhima (low voice): We are… we actually are

Vansh (low voice and upset yet confused): …. Just… just friends…

Riddhima and Vansh: For Now!!!!

Looked at each other wondering how come they both said the same.

Anupriya: For now, means???

Riddhima and Vansh looked at each other wondering why did they say so and how, why are they behaving like this, they were trying to convey something but they were unable to, their hearts wanted to meet but these idiotic brains weren’t cooperating, they felt like they were around chaos.

Riddhima (final decision): Aunty we were and are friends.

Vansh: And we can never ever be brother and sister because

Riddhima: I have only one brother and I won’t accept anyone else. And today I’ll celebrate with only Bhai whenever he comes after his work

“And I am here”. Everyone turned towards door to see Angre standing, Riddhima was in tears and seeing him didn’t know how to react

Any guesses why is Riddhima in tears???
