Recap: Pre-marriage functions
Sanky decides to reveal the truth… turns and finds Vibha is going… he follows her before he catch her she gets in car and drive off. Soon he too started his car to destination.
“you both be with Sanky… leaving him alone with them is dangerous I’ll take Ragini home” Arjun says but Harsha denies “I’ll be with di…” “Harsha… don’t be childish… how could you leave Swara alone?… you are going to marriage hall that’s final” he ordered and asked Ragini to get up while Swara helped her. “Harsha… don’t worry na… I’m fine… its just normal pain during this time” Ragini tried to cheer him up. He hugged her and cried… she caressed his head… don’t worry Harsha… I’m alright… you are crying like a girl… be bold na…
“di… we girls will look gorgeous while crying also… we wont be funny like him” Swara tried to light the situation… Ragini and Arjun chuckles while Harsha glared her and released the hug. “di… be careful… if you need anything just make a call” a concern Harsha said While Ragini nodded her head in positive. They both left to home and SwaSha went to marriage hall.
Sanskar searched Vibha and finally found her in drink section. “Vibha… I want to tell you one important thing…” Sanky said in serious mode. “Sure you can but have a drink before that” she offered a hard drink. “no I’m not in mood to drink” he replied and tried to start his point. “offo… Sanky… tomorrow we are going to get married… we will be husband & wife… tonight only we are bachelor… Let’s take part in bachelor party…” she said. “ok I’ll drink but before that listen to…” before he could complete his sentence “after your gulp only I’ll listen to you” she handed the glass. He drunk without interest… again he was about to tell she handed glass. Like this she done many times then he was flat. Vibha released deep breath and took sigh of relief.
Arjun and Ragini reached the apartment… while walking on corridor she hears a screaming sound of small girl. She looks here and there and finally found from where the sound is coming. “Geetha di… why are you beating Priyanka” Raginia asked. Priyanka hugged Ragini… she caressed her head. “what to say Ragini… few days ago only I gave her new toy… now she missed it… whether she don’t know where she lost it or when… now demanding new toy” Geetha said. “di… choti bachie… asehi karegi chod tho na.. (small child… like this only they will do… leave her na)” “you always supporting her… ok now I’m leaving again she repeated this mistake then I won’t leave” Geetha said. Ragini smiled and left to her home and bid bye to Arjun. He entered into Swara’s home.
Next day (Marriage day)
Arjun knocks Ragini’s door. “Ragini… Ragini…” he calls her name and again and again he rings calling bell. With sleepy face Ragini opened the door… “why are you ringing bell this much time?” she question while yawning. “Ragini…. Since 15 minutes I’m calling and knocking… huff I think kumbkarn is better than you” he shook his head in impossible. “oye… if I were kumbkarn then I’ll come out of sleep after 6 months only” she countered.
“ok leave… Its already 3:30am…when you are going to get ready?” he said. “For why should I get ready? To see my own husband’s marriage with another girl” Ragini mocked and he felt bad to see her condition. Ragini laughs sarcastically and Arjun looks her with confused face. “Everyone has their best friend, all used to play with them… I think destiny chose me as dear most friends, that’s why always playing with me” Ragini expressed her pain view. Arjun don’t know what to say or how to console… he remained silent.
“ok leave… you wait here I’ll get ready” she headed towards her room… he was staring her while he placed home key on nearby table… but it slipped down. He bent down to take the key… along with key he took a beautiful Barbie girl holding camera. “Before delivery you decided it will be as daughter and bought toy too?” Arjun asked. Ragini turned and sighed the toy. “ohhh it is here… no… yesterday Priyanka got beat na… for this toy only she got beat… three days back she came here and had played with me… I think then she left this here” Ragini said what happened. She added “while cleaning also Swara didn’t found this toy… don’t know what this girl going to do in sasural” she shook her head in disbelief and went to take bath.
Arjun waited few minutes but got bore… he was glancing here and there. The toy only fell in eyes, he took it and switched the button which was in backside of the toy… but no response he got… so he plugged in charge. Then he saw memory card in it… he took out and inserted in card drive and started to watch the videos recorded in that.
Small girl are playing… all are fighting to play with that doll “hey… I want to play with that doll” a small girl said while Priyanka said… “its my doll… if you want to play with this you bring your teddy… then only I’ll give” Arjun is laughing to see children’s attitude and their pout faces. He forwards the video but he paused when he say RagSan on screen. “Sanky is trying to say something but Ragini is telling him to eat without letting him to complete his statement” then screen was blank but audio only came as the camera shot scenes only occurred in hall.
He forwarded some more and saw ‘Vibha and Ragini challenging, “well… you too don’t like me…. that’s great… because I just hate you to core… and about this marriage… day dream is not good for mental health… so stop day dreaming… when I’m here I cant marry Sanky… at any cost I’ll stop your marriage… you are unfit daughter in law for his family… I wont let you both to be gather” Ragini said with more attitude and confident “mmm challenge… basically I like challenge… then only I can enjoy the tears of looser” Vibha said mockingly. “anyway… all the best Miss. Vibha khanna” Ragini said with evil smirk on her face, while Swara and Harsha is very happy to see the positive and confident approach of their sister.’
Just then Ragini came out in royal blue coloured silk saree. He appreciated her for being bold she faked a smile and said “I’m ready… lets go” he was about to off but accidently pressed forward button then stopped it. “haan bhaiya… I pretended like I lost my memory. Why? Because Ragini and Sanskar have to suffer. Because of them our life got ruined” Vibha said. Ragini and Arjun was shocked and rewind the scene… when Ragini left the home as she got call from Sanky’s office, Vibha got call from Nikhil. Ragini and Arjun watched full conversation between Nikhil and Vibha.
“haan they went to office? Why should I add NIDU in drink and give to him? Vibha asked and Nikhil ordered do what I say. Just then Ragini enters home with Sanky and SwaSha. Vibha added something in water and give Sanky with evil smirk which was unnoticed by anyone. Later she provoked sanky against RK and he too does the same.”
“NIDU? What it means?” Ragini wondered. “it’s a drug” Arjun stated while Ragini bewildered. “what? Drug? How you know?” Ragini questioned at him. “don’t forget that I’m Psychiatrist… I passed basic medical science so I know about some drugs too” he replied. He added, “this drug is colourless and its very easy to add with anything. It will give sudden result. Who gives this drug their face only recognised her brain and they will be considered as boss. Whatever they says the person who drugged will do without their sense but its hard to find that he was drugged. The duration is regarding its quantity… the one who adds the drug, added very less quantity then it will work like one hour if they poured some more then, the person will be in control for half day…” he explained about the drug. Ragini was dazed. She recalled Sanky’s sudden behaviour change at restaurant…. Her heart beats fast.
@ Marriage hall
Vibha is mixing a powder in coffee. Nikhil comes there asks “why are you adding Nidu now?” “I had gave him drug night along with hard drink… now also going to give him drug… yesterday he decide to tell all the truth… he urged to tell it but I diverted the topic and drugged him. I can’t lose him. I don’t think that now he will agree to marriage. You remember that day, when Ragini scold me and we talked about marriage… he was dared to reveal the truth then itself… then also we gave him drug that’s why he agreed that day too. We got sign in divorce papers too when he was drugged. He loves that ragini that much… not even a year completed he totally forgot me… he know that I’m suffering from memory loss but he was romancing with her… in home or mall wherever. I never spoke about that because if they know I came to know about their relationship they will be free.
She reminisces “Ragini hugging sanky tight….. he too reciprocated….. “hey don’t worry ragini… I’m with you” he hold her cheek and about to kiss…. Both are very close to each other” then recalls their moments in mall.
Today I can’t take risk so I added extra than usual that full day he will be in my control” Vibha said. “No Vibha… don’t do any idiotic work… add usual measurement… adding extra is dangerous… it can cause any misery…” Nikhil warned. She didn’t paid any heed to his word went Sanky’s room with glass.
“Arjun… do you know any doctor? I want to take him out of that drug… I want to stop this marriage at any cost…” Ragini urged. “haan I know doctors but at this no one will help us… more over we cant do anything to bring him to conscious… the drug will work till its duration” Arjun told.
Within five minutes Sanskar got ready any sat on mandap. Sanky doesn’t had smile on his face… seemed he is a robot. The procedures and rituals started… SwaSha are tensed that till now Ragini didn’t reached. Harsha lost his patience when the Ghat bandan (tying bride and groom’s dress) ritual completed…. He was about to burst out but Swara dragged him to dinning area.
“Harsha I can understand what’s your mindset… but please till di arrives here keep silent… di is late means she has some reason or proof to stop this marriage… her plan can be spoil if we poked our nose… be patient” Swara said. He is unable to accept her words he was rubbing his head in tension. “bhaiya… please give that glass of water” Swara asked to the waiter near to them. Harsha glared the waiter suspiciously… the waiter started to run and Harsha followed him. Both pushed the people in mid and run fast.
A car was stopped in mid way… Arjun stumped the tyre by foot, and murmured “at this time this car punctured…” “check whether Stepney is there or what?” Ragini said with tension. He does the same but their bad luck there was no Stepney. “At this time getting taxi also rare” Arjun said. “hey Mata rani… why you playing with me… please… help to save my marriage life… help your daughter” Ragini prayed to goddess. A tempo van came through the route… they asked lift and got in.
Pandit says you completed 6 rounds….. just one more to become husband and wife… Ragini reached there and shocked to see her nightmare in real… Vibha was about to step round 7… Ragini screamed STOP IT…. everyone fixed their gaze on Ragini.
Swara felt happy and took sigh of relief. Nikhil and Vibha shocked to see Ragini. Ragini came straight to mandap with full rage and broke the tie between Vibha and Sanskar. Then poured Ganga jal (holy water) on Agni (fire)
“enough of your drama… what do you thought are we all looser? You cheat… fooled us with your memory loss drama… to separate Sanky from me…” Ragini shouted but Vibha doesn’t paid any heed to her words. Vibha ordered Sanky to tie mangal sutra… he was about to tie but Ragini snatched it any threw on floor. Arjun came with police… “inspector… see what she is doing” Vibha turned the plate. Police warned Ragini for creating nuisance. Groom and bride both are willing let the marriage to happen. “no sir… I wont… he is drugged… they are using him” she revealed the truth. All are stunned to hear the fact.
“look Vibha… your evilness wont win against the true love… you did lots of things to separate Ragini and Sanskar… but you are not succeed yet. Even you tried to injure Ragini by pouring oil on floor… but then also you failed… that’s the power of goodness” Arjun expressed his view. “what? I thought she added poison in di’s juice… but before that she tried to injure di… ridiculous” Harsha spilled another truth. Everyone became statue after hearing those words… but Sanky stood their without any expression. Nikhil is unable to believe those words… he shouted “what the hell you are blabbering Harsha?” “I’m not blabbering… ask him… he pushed the waiter who gave juice to Ragini” the waiter fell on feet and confessed his crime. “if I’m not there at right time… di… wont be here” Harsha said, Swara called Ragini to complain her silly fight with Arjun… then Harsha swapped the juice glass, the scene flashed.
Pat!!! (Heavy slapping sound heard)
All jerked to hear sudden and heavy slapping sound… it was Vibha who got slap from Nikhil holding her cheek with shock. His eyes were red as he is in peak of angry. “I told you more than hundred times to stay away from Ragini… yesterday itself I know that you are the one who poured oil on floor as I overheard Arjun and Ragini’s conversation. But I controlled myself and decided to protect Ragini from you. But you decided to take one’s live to get your love? If our parents would be alive then they will taught you what is right and what is wrong… but I spoiled you by pampering… this all not your mistake… all is mine… I only pampered you na… I just hate myself. Haan you can ask that I threatened you that I’ll kill Sanky but I didn’t done anything… I’m just barking dog. Enough is enough… I won’t let anything to continue…” Nikhil burst out.
“Ragini… here is the divorce papers in which you signed… I didn’t filed it… told as filed to threaten you and stop your thinking capacity” she received it and tear into hundreds of piece. Vibha yelled to Sanky to marry her… Nikhil was highly irritated by her behaviour and slapped her continuously… all felt bad, bent their head and kept silent. Arjun lost his patient and pushed Nikhil. Ragini apologized to guest and made them leave.
“Nikhil… be in sense… if you slap her like this the problem will be solved?” Arjun shouted. Sanky was feeling dizzy and hold his head by one hand. Arjun added, “look Nikhil… Vibha is mentally disturbed… hurting her physically won’t be a medicine to her… try to understand… give her some space… everything will be alright” Sanky till then who was feeling dizzy become unconscious and fall on floor with a thud.
“Sanky…” Ragini screamed and all rushed to hospital. By stretcher he was taken to ward… while Ragini continuously patting his cheek and asking him to wake. “please you all wait outside” the doctor said. After the treatment doctor came out where everyone waiting curiously to know Sanky’s health condition. “he was drugged… the level drug is high so he became weak… he need complete bed rest at least a week. Otherwise nothing to worry… he is fine and out of danger but give him juice varieties so his blood will purify soon” the doctor advised. All take sigh of relief.
Next day
Sanky was discharged and came to home. Arjun came there with his luggage. Ragini and Sanskar stared him confused. “Why are you standing now with luggage?” Ragini asked. He remained silent. “Swara at least you tell na what’s happening?” Ragini asked again. “di don’t ask me anything regarding him… I just don’t want talk about anyone” she made faces. “di… voh… he came here to visit us and uncle & aunty but now he got message from his hospital that they needs him to investigate some criminals so he need to go” Harsha told.
“haan he need to go… if he was my own brother then he wont go but he is just cousin brother right?” Swara taunted. “ohh Swara… why don’t you understand… we are in medical profession we should give first preference to our duty… more over they called me to pluck truth from terrorist and our hospital suggested me to government and I can’t deny” he tried to make her understand. He lifts her chin up and made eye contact… don’t worry… soon I’ll be back. With teary eyes Swara smiled a bit and hugged him.
“Arjun… thank you so much… you supported us and been as pillar in our hardships… we wont forget this” Sanky thanked him taking his both hands together. “hey what is this all… SwaSha considers Ragini as sister… that means she is also like my sister na… take care of her or else I’ll punch you” Arjun said with cute smile on his face and Ragini also thanked him and he left to Canada. Ok di… you both take care we will come later, SwaSha said and left RagSan alone. Ragini caressed his hair while he stared her with moist eyes. Both shared intense yet painful eye lock.
