We start at Kabir’s house 9:15 pm
Kusum: You’re here!!! Come have dinner ?
Kabir: Sorry Ma I had dinner at the hospital ?. Veer messed up my plans.
Kusum: Oh come on !! Veer is like the tarka to dal. Hate to admit it but sometimes you’re a little boring. Sorry
Kabir: *Rolls his eyes* Whatever Ma I’m going to sleep I’m leaving tomorrow at 6:30am. Okay??
Kusum: WAIT !!
Kabir: Ab kya Ma??
Kusum: What did Veer exactly do?? Wasn’t today
Kabir: The day the new doctors come YES but it seems like all are no less than Veer. I’m serious. I felt like I was babysitting college students and I’m two years older than most of them
Kusum: Okay when you have the time tell me what happened.
Kabir just walks away.
Meanwhile it’s 9:30pm and we are now at Pragya, Isha, and Sanchi’s apartment.
Sanchi: I had a good start but a horrible ending. I have to be at the hospital at 5:30, so I will be waking up early.
Pragya: Why 5:30??
Sanchi: 5 surgeries tomorrow first one at 6:30. Right now I don’t have the energy to study patient files.
Isha: It’s your second day WTF ?!!
Sanchi: Here I made a recording listen and let me sleep now.
Pragya and Isha: Okay Good Night
Pragya and Isha listen to the recording and…
Pragya: Abe yaar yeh to sach mein Hitler ka baap hai. Angel ? jaisi shakal aur Shaitan jaisa dimak (He is actually Hitler’s dad. Looks like an angel but on the inside he’s the devil)
Isha: Aur patthar ka dil ?… (And a rock heart)
Pragya: Maybe Sanchi ke saath yeh badal jayega (Maybe Sanchi might be able to change him)
Isha: Sanchi is here to fulfill her revenge, I don’t think she really minds. It’s just that it’s our second day give her a break. Also Sanchi isn’t the same person as before. What happened 3 years ago really scared her!!!
Pragya: I know she is still somewhat scared but still she is still as crazy if not even more.
Isha: Agreed… chalo Khatron ke Khiladi dekh kar hum bhi so jate hai. (Lets watch Indian Fear Factor and then sleep)
It’s 4:30 AM … let’s start with Sanchi then Kabir.
Sanchi: Okay let me make a cold breakfast quickly for Pragya and Isha. They are starting at 8AM lucky. Okay I’m gonna go and shower ? then change that will take me 30 mins. Then I will head out to the hospital another 30 mins. I will reach the hospital at 5:30 AM. Enough time for me to study the first two patient files. I can also walk around and look for ways to show Mr. Malhotra’s truth. 5 surgeries only on day 2 … iss Dr. Kabir ko main bataungi ki Sanchi Mishra kya cheez hai. Paanch surgeries at least not back to back (Now I will tell this Dr. Kabir who Sanchi Mishra is. 5 surgeries …)
So Sanchi quickly showers and changes. And leaves for the hospital. Now let’s see what Mr. Khadoos is up to at 5AM.
Kabir (on a treadmill running): Hopefully Dr. Sanchi is smart enough to go early and read the patient’s files and see their medical history. Ab iss Veer ka kya karo?? Just a bad prank, wonder what those new doctors were thinking. Let me talk to Dr. Malhotra about this and give him a long punishment, but for now maybe he can… make detailed patient files for the patients that had heart surgery these past 3 months. And I will need them by next Saturday.
He continues exercising in the gym and thinks…
Kabir: “ This Dr. Sanchi, the President of last hospital, said she’s very smart, quiet, efficient, and just amazing. He wouldn’t stop praising her. But she’s so annoying and the worst part is that she is almost like a child. Which idiotic doctor plays that horrendous music in the cafeteria and then uski itni himmat ki voh mera hi samne meri hi boraie kare. What did she say? FB: iss to janham better hai FB ends. I’m pretty sure that Janham has better company than her. She’s so annoying and weird. Hopefully she’s a better doctor. Whatever… oh god it’s 5:30am I have to shower change and head to hospital and start my preparation for surgery and my talk with Veer
Now let’s see what Dr. Sanchi was doing at SD.
Dr. Sanchi: Okay for first two patients are… Ashwini Kumar Sharma and then Anita Bhatia, ok let’s see they have registered and WHAT IS THIS ??? They have been doing pointless tests for the past 2 months. Yeh sab Dr. Malhotra ki wajah si hai (This is all because of Dr. Malhotra). The first change is going to start with me. I won’t let anyone in any of my departments do any pointless tests and Isha and Pragya can help me by doing the same in their departments. If us young doctors start that it will be better. These oldies won’t listen so no point. Anyway so they both are blah blah blah …
Time passes by it’s 6AM, Sanchi heads to Ashwini’s room to introduce herself and explain what they will be doing in the surgery and why. She passes Dr. Kabir, made no eye contact, no good morning, no hello,
Dr. Kabir (thoughts): “ What is her problem??” She seems to be completely the opposite of what she was told to me. Whatever.
So Sanchi starts her surgery, so that’s kinda boring so let’s head to Dr. Kabir’s cabin and see what he has to say to Dr. Veer.
Dr. Kabir: Dr. Veer, Dr. Garv, and Dr. Lucky what you did was totally unacceptable. The confetti and silly string was okay and forgiven and I could’ve given you an “easier” punishment if you hadn’t changed our presentation. And for your guy’s stupidity, you will be punished. Honestly what were you thinking. Let me clarify that you guys are NOT interns but doctors in India’s top hospital and that is how you welcome new staff members. What the hell were you thinking?? It was so obvious who did it as well. Well I have to talk to Dr. Malhotra about your guy’s real punishment but for now…
Dr. Veer: Dr. Kabir, we were just trying to make them feel much more welcomed, if we hadn’t changed some of it then they all would have fallen asleep in the first 5 seconds of the meeting. And what did we do? Welcomed them in an informal way, showed them the reality of our heads,
Dr. Garv: They would’ve found out about the heads sooner or later so why not just tell them the truth. They are going to be working here, they weren’t guests or patients.
Dr. Veer: Exactly and changed the menu of your boring lunch to something more happening and something that they enjoyed.
Dr. Lucky: And you can’t blame us for playing the music, That was on them. They probably did that at their old hospital.
Dr. Kabir: I don’t care who did what and what you guys did was unacceptable and very disrespectful towards our staff. Anyway do all the complaining outside, my office isn’t a complaint office. Anyway as of right now, you guys have to give me detailed files of your patients who had surgery in the past 6 months, explaining why they had their surgery, when, who performed it etc. Later Dr. Malhotra will give your remaining punishments.
Dr. Veer: But sir ..
Dr. Kabir: No buts or ifs out now and get to work all three of you, I will give a deadline later.
It is now 8AM and Sanchi had finished her two morning surgeries and was waiting for her 1PM surgery so she headed to Pragya who had her after surgery snacks.
Dr. Sanchi: Thank you so much for bringing my food. Hopefully that Hitler isn’t in the office. He also had a surgery at 7AM. Hopefully he hasn’t finished.
Dr. Pragya: You are going to teach him a lesson right??
Dr. Sanchi: Kinda let’s see what else he makes me do, If he passes his limit then ya. But honestly I don’t mind, I’m working in SD that’s all that matters to me.
Dr. Pragya: I knew you would say that anyway enjoy your food I have to go to the NICU
Dr. Sanchi: Byee
She heads to “her” office.
Dr. Sanchi enters and finds that Dr. Kabir was already there.
Dr. Sanchi: Iss bhi abhi yahan hona tha??
Dr. Kabir: Well it is MY office.
Dr. Sanchi: Whatever
Dr. Kabir: I brought the rest of your surgery patient’s files here.
Dr. Sanchi: … okay
Dr. Kabir: You’re welcome
Dr. Sanchi: Whatever, anyway I’m assuming that you would want a list of my patients from the previous hospital, I have their files at my apartment, I will bring them next month
Dr. Kabir: Yes and why next month??
Dr.Sanchi: Do you not listen to yourself?? You had said my office will be ready next month so I will bring them next month.
Dr. Kabir: Okay and don’t disturb me now, I’m fixing up lesson 2 for the interns.
Dr. Sanchi slams down the lists of her patients and heads to her desk to study patient’s files. 30 mins pass… Dr. Sanchi was having a hard time focusing without her earbuds but she finished studying the patient’s files
Dr Kabir: Dr. Sanchi, I’m impressed, you actually put a good lesson together but not better than me. Anyway I heard that you also tutored the interns and helped them with other work. Is that true?
Dr. Sanchi: …
Dr. Kabir: Excuse me?? I’m talking to you
Dr. Sanchi: …
Dr: Kabir: What are you doing ??
He walks up to her and slammed his hand on her desk.
Dr. Sanchi: OH MY GOD !!! I was working on this important patient’s file. What is your problem?? And you had said not to disturb you… GOD
Dr. Kabir: So you were ignoring me…
Dr. Sanchi: Indirectly yes.
Dr. Kabir: You are so childish, who made you a doctor??
Dr. Sanchi: EXCUSE ME!?!? WHO ARE YOU TO QUESTION MY CAPABILITIES?? Yes, I am a little childish and I have a big mouth. I don’t care I prefer to be myself than be a some Khadoos who everyone hates!!! I can tell you for a fact that you may be a better doctor but your patients most likely would prefer a much less Khadoos doctor. And yes I was an intern tutor as well. I asked the heads to make a separate classroom on the highest floor. And that class was for me to help them understand and where doctors could come and help the interns as well. I let them relax there and it was a place where they could avoid Akdus like you. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT’S WHAT I’M GOING TO ASK DR. MALHOTRA TO DO AS WELL.
Dr. Kabir (shocked by her words): GO AHEAD DO WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT FROM NOW ON DON’T TALK TO ME unless it’s important.
Dr. Sanchi: Like I want to talk to YOU.
And she storms out of the room and sees that everyone was gathered outside of the cabin
Dr. Isha: What happened Sanchi? We could here you guys arguing all the way across the lobby
Dr. Sanchi: I don’t want to talk about it and I don’t want to even see that Hitler’s shadow.
Dr. Isha: Where are you going
Dr. Sanchi: If you could hear my voice all the way across the lobby then you should know where I am going
Dr. Isha: Dr. Malhotra???
Dr. Sanchi: Yes, you coming
Dr. Isha: I’m good
At Dr. Malhotra’s office
Dr Sanchi: Sir may I come in?
Dr. Malhotra: Yes
Dr. Sanchi entered and saw that Dr. Kabir was already there and she turned around to go out.
Dr. Malhotra: Rukho, I heard you two shouting and Kabir was here to apologize and ask for that extra classroom. It’s a great idea but since you two will be working together I will give you two a budget and you BOTH have to work on it together.
Dr. Sanchi: Okay sir but I actually wanted to ask something else as well.
Dr. Malhotra: You have 10 mins.
Dr. Sanchi: I came here to ask if there can be two intern classes and if you could divide the batches and then I will teach separately. I didn’t come to ask for a tutoring room.
Dr. Kabir looked at her in shock and Dr. Malhotra took his glasses off and stared at Dr. Sanchi.
Dr. Sanchi: Okay then can Dr. Kabir be banned from the tutoring room…
Dr. Malhotra: I must say you are a very brave girl but 5 MINS tell me how will banning Kabir from the tutoring room be beneficial…
Dr. Sanchi: Okay well I think you know how everyone feels about Dr. Khad i mean Dr. Kabir so I don’t want the interns to feel imitated in the tutoring room. It will be beneficial because the interns will be able to study in a relaxed environment and learn things quicker. Instead of being in pressure. This will help them learn faster and will easily become efficient doctors.
Dr. Malhotra: I’m impressed… 3 MINS… Kabir you’re banned from the tutoring room. Dr. Sanchi I will give a budget and you can find a room and get a group together and work on that tutoring room. The interns are coming in 3 weeks so you have 4 weeks to finish.
Dr. Sanchi: Thank you so much Sir!! Enjoy the rest of your day. “May you burn in hell” And Dr. Kabir I have nothing to say to you.
They both left the room and Dr. Kabir was giving a deathly glare to Dr. Sanchi.
Dr. Sanchi: Glaring doesn’t help you or me so stop it.
Dr. Kabir was amazed that this girl isn’t scared of him. He hated that… . Both went back to work and continued with their day.
3:00 PM
Dr. Veer: Yaar my eyes are going to pop out and fingers are about to break. Iss Dr. Kabir ne sach mein jeena haram kar diya (This Dr. Kabir has actually made it difficult to breathe)
Dr. Garv: Did you hear about Dr. Sanchi and Dr. Kabir’s fight. Usne toh jhande gar diye. (English translation???)
Dr. Veer: Dr.Sanchi??
Dr. Garv: Miss. Golgappa
Dr. Veer: What did she do?
Dr. Garv tells everything to Dr. Veer
Dr. Veer: Yeh Miss. Golgappa toh kuch aur hi nikli (This Miss. Golgappa turned out to be something else), but we shouldn’t mess with her.
Dr. Garv: I actually want to join that group. Do you want to??
Dr. Veer: Obviously, but seriously yes cause I would actually like to help interns and then I might get an assistant.
Dr. Sanchi comes… all are in the cafeteria
Dr. Veer: Hello Miss Golgappa, I would like to join your tutoring group
Miss Golgappa: That’s great… I’ll email you the information but you will have to put some effort into the classroom too.
Dr. Veer: I can increase the budget by giving money but right now I can’t physically do something because Danger and Hitler have given me punishments
Dr. Sanchi: I heard but thanks for making our day better
Dr. Veer: You’re welcome, also how do you have the confidence to stand against Hitler
Dr. Sanchi got into deep thought
Dr. Veer: Hello !!!
Dr. Sanchi: Our past affects our present. It can weaken or strengthen you as a person. My past gave me strength to stand up on my own feet in this patriarchal society.
Dr. Veer: Esa kya hua tumhare past mein?? (What happened in your past)
Dr. Sanchi: Kuch nahi (nothing) I will email you.
Dr. Veer: Something did happen but it will come out on the right time. Anyway bye I have to finish my punishments
Dr. Sanchi: What are your punishments??
Dr. Veer: detailed files of patients who had surgery in the past 6 months and no days off this month…
Dr. Sanchi: Aww bichara, us Hitler ne mujhe bhi nahi chora (Aww poor guy, that Hitler didn’t even have mercy on me) I was heading to my next surgeries.
7:00 PM
Sanchi finished her surgeries and was heading to “her office” but found Dr. Kabir along both walked together in silence
Dr. Sanchi ( talking to herself ): Tomorrow’s to-do list: contact doctors nurses and other medical staff and ask about intern tutoring, meet with designers and talk about design and buy supplies ***All in between appointments***
Dr. Kabir: Would you like me to help you with that to-do list??
Dr. Sanchi: …
Dr. Kabir: Okay, anyway it’s time for us to head out and Thank You for doing those surgeries. I can drop you to your car if you would like.
Dr. Sanchi: Mr. Khadoos, stop trying to be nice to me… it’s not going to work… you spoiled the communication but maybe tomorrow everything will be better
Mr. Khadoos just walked out in silence. Miss. Golgappa left after a few minutes.

Not a good start for Kanchi … Thank you so much for reading my fanfic. It gives a boost of motivation. Hopefully I am meeting your expectations. A lot happened today in this chapter… but unfortunately I might not be able to update until August 8. Because I have summer classes and testing. I’m not exactly sure because I usually start writing the next chapter once the previous is posted. I might be able to post on Friday or Saturday if not then after August 8. Feel free to give any advice, want something in the story, etc. Do you guys want more spacing in the dialogues or no?
But for now… what will happen tomorrow will other doctors want to help Sanchi?? And what happened in her past?? Will Veer get to the bottom of it or will someone else?? Keep on reading Revenge, Hate, and Love (Kanchi)… also I might change the title of this fanfic by Chapter 4.
