7:00 AM: Pragya, Isha, & Sanchi’s Apartment
Sanchi: Isha did you pack the salads? And Pragya please make your special smoothies.
Isha: Yes, I packed everything and the dressings are packed in a separate box. I’m going to go get ready in the master bathroom.
Pragya: I will quickly make the smoothies, but can you pack them I need to do my hair and get ready.
Sanchi: Ya sure go you too get ready. Thank god we woke up on time or else who knows what would’ve happened. WHOSE CAR ARE WE USING??
Pragya and Isha: YOURS
After getting ready they got their lunch and headed to Sanchi’s car.
Sanchi: Do you think there will be any media? What if someone recognizes me?? I’m gonna take a scarf.
Pragya: Abhe o darpok, tum sach mein kabhi kabhi duffer ban jati ho (hey you coward, sometimes you really are stupid)
Isha: Sorry but I agree, it’s been 3 whole years since that incident… no one will remember
Sanchi: The media never forgets anything… they will definitely attack me.
Pragya: If you cover your face or hide then they will be suspicious, just remain calm.
Sanchi: I just hope everything goes well.
Meanwhile at SDCH
Dr. Malhotra: Kabir the decor looks great. Is everything else set?
Dr. Kabir: Yes everything is good.
***Veer watches from a distance and pages Garv***
Veer: Is everything ready?? We want this meeting to be the most memorable meeting ever in the history of SDCH
Garv: I’ve done everything that you told me to do. I told all the interns who agreed to get ready with the silly string. Did Lucky fix the presentation??
Veer: I’m done with the stage decor and can you page Lucky and ask?
Garv: Sure
*Pages Lucky*
Garv: Oy tumne presentation ja jugaad kar diya? (Hey did you fix the presentation)
Lucky: Ya but main phir kehta hoon hum sab maar ne vale hai (we all are about to die)
Garv: Kuch nahi hoga tum apna munh band rakh na (nothing will happen you just keep your mouth shut)
Lucky: Okay
*Garv to Veer*
Garv: We are all ready
Veer: Mission Welcome is ready for action bahut maza a ne wala hai (this is going to be fun)
The girls reach SDCH, Sanchi drops Pragya and Isha while she goes to park her car.
Sanchi: Thank god there isn’t any media. Last time I barely escaped. Hey bhagwan baas koi mujhe pehchan na le. Jo 3 saal pehle hua voh mera aaj ko na bigare. (Oh god please don’t let anyone recognize me. What happened 3 years ago should not destroy my present) I have made big plans for Mr. Anand Malhotra. I will slowly make SD the hospital it was meant to be and I will uncover every secret that Mr. Malhotra has hidden. I’ve promised my mom that I will not show my face until I have accomplished my goal. I waited three years…so far God has helped me enough the rest is up to me now. I don’t want my past to creep up on me.
She parks her car and guess who she bumps into … Dr. Veer, he was getting food out of his car.
Sanchi: Excuse me do you mind moving a bit faster?? I have to be somewhere
Veer: Can you not wait for 2 mins?? We all have to be somewhere.
Sanchi: Just hurry up
Veer: Okay okay
Sanchi: Finally
She parks her car and sees that Veer is carrying a lot of stuff
Sanchi: Would you like some help ??
Veer: Abhi toh tumhe jaldi thi (just now you were in a hurry). No thanks I don’t need your help
Sanchi: Whatever
Sanchi’s Thoughts: “I’m so nervous!! Deep breaths Sanchi you can do this!!! If you back away now how will Papa get his mukti. Ugh kya karo I’m feeling very anxious…
She saw that Veer had left.
Wait I know what to do she got her smoothie and got her small bottle of wine and mixed a VERY LITTLE amount. No scarf!!! Deep breathes in and out”
Now going to Veer …
Veer: I knew that Hitler would have a boring and yucky lunch. Yaad hai humare first day…formal exquisite food.
Garv: Ugh yes I remember after we all left and bought our own lunch
Lucky: It looked super bad
Veer: Chalo change karo
They set chaat, sweets, pastries, chinese food, and mexican food buffets with coke and mineral water.
Veer: Ok so we are done here now the interns are ready with the confetti and silly string. We should leave before Danger or Hitler comes.
Garv: Right even tho it is obvious that we will get double shifts
Lucky: Marne ke liye teyar(ready to die). See you guys during lunch
Meanwhile Pragya, Isha, Sanchi along with their other co-workers enter Savitri Devi College and Hospital.
Pragya: Hey look Sushant is also here and Karan, Saira, Ananya, Kunal…
Isha: Basically everyone
Sanchi: Lunch should be fun… I think the club is getting a higher score
All three girls laugh and talked with their colleagues then all of a sudden they hear two big blasts and confetti was everywhere. Then they were sprayed with silly string.
Sanchi: What the hell?? This better not be colored silly string
Pragya: What a great way to welcome the new doctors
Sushant: Ab tufan jab aata hai to damaka toh hota hai !! (When a storm comes there is a blast)
Isha: Ewww this string smells horrible. What the hell. In the email it said formal.
Saira: If this is formal what is informal??
Dr. Kabir: What in the world happened here??
Dr. Malhotra: Kabir what is this?? Confetti, silly string this isn’t a party. Did you actually let Veer help you??
Dr. Kabir: No but Veer must have done some other things as well.
Dr: Malhotra pages Adarsh- check on Veer he is up to something.
Dr. Malhotra: Good Morning, we are very sorry for this mess. Someone has decided to fool around with our arrangements. Again, I apologize for this mess but we have to start. Please come
They enter a big auditorium like room.
Dr. Kabir: Please sign in on the clipboard that is being passed around
Dr. Malhotra: Welcome to Savitri Devi College and Hospital. Blah blah blah We here value blah blah *Pragya whispers to Isha and Sanchi*
Pragya: This is so boring. Why don’t we go out and explore on our own
Sanchi: And get lost no way
Isha: Just zone out Pragya
Few boring and dragging minutes later…
Dr. Malhotra: And now the heads of each department will come and introduce themselves and talk about the department.
Dr.Boorla: My name is Sushma Boorla. I am the head of the gynecology department.
Behind the speaker is a presentation playing on a screen. Where it says the actual facts about each department and its head with funny pics. Before everyone was quiet and slowly they all started laughing. When Dr. Kabir and Dr. Malhotra along with Dr. Adarsh looked back Kabir’s hand was already in a fist
Dr: Kabir: First the interns doing the confetti and silly string. That was okay but this is definitely not. This has Lucky’s hand written all over it. But the mastermind is obviously someone else.
Dr. Malhotra: Kabir, let’s just go ahead with this and then start the tour then during lunch I will talk to Veer and his friends.
After a hilarious introduction, the doctors were split into different groups and taken on tours across the College/Hospital. Kabir was leading Sanchi, Pragya, and Isha’s group
Sanchi: That was so funny best introductions ever. Straight up everyone’s truth. Also I knew nothing was special about that Dr. Kabir, just a Mr. Khadoos.
Isha: Shut up Sanchi… he’s right there and you’re working with him. You’re so lucky.
Sanchi: Lucky my foot that description of him made him sound no less than Hitler.
Pragya: Whatever he’s still handsome. Anyway I’m super hungry right now and I don’t want to eat garbage hospital food… Sanchi give me your keys I’ll go bring our salads.
Sanchi: Just finish the tour and then take the keys. Also bring the smoothies as well.
Isha: Should I ask him if we will have our own offices like we did before or no?
Sanchi: Ya let’s ask him.
All three walk ahead of the group until they reach Dr. Kabir.
Isha: Sir, we three have a question,
Dr. Kabir: Ask, also please give me an introduction when you talk.
Isha: My name is Dr. Isha Negi, I am a gynecologist
Sanchi: My name is Sanchi Mishra, I am a family doctor and emergency general surgeon
Pragya: My name is Pragya Yadav, I am a pediatrician.
Isha: We wanted to ask if we will have our offices or will we be helping patients around.
Dr. Kabir: First off Dr. Sanchi, if I am correct, you will mainly be a family practice along a general surgeon but according to my list you will be lecturing the interns with me as well. Second, since you all have recently come we have offices available in each department, you will have to talk to your head of the department and then he/she will talk to Dr. Malhotra. It really depends on how many patients you have and your profession. Anything else.
Sushant yells from the back..
Sushant: When will we have our break??
Dr. Kabir: Any important questions
Sushant: Sir right now the only important question is when will we have lunch and what is the noise level allowed in the cafeteria??
Dr. Kabir: Why do you need the noise level, it’s a cafeteria and there are medical offices around it. And lunch is in 5 mins.
Sanchi: Dr. Kabir you will understand why we asked for the noise level in 15 mins RIGHT GUYS.
Sushant: It’s your turn today Saannchi madam.
Sanchi: Mar gayi
Dr. Kabir: “I hope these doctors aren’t like Veer. We don’t need more pranksters on is enough, I’ll just give them double shifts if they do anything stupid.”
So they finish their tour and then go for lunch and well … let’s see what Dr. Malhotra has to say to Dr. Kabir regarding the food.
Dr: Malhotra: What is this Kabir?? I asked for formal food not all this trash. What will they think of this?
Dr. Kabir: Sir I think we now know who did all this. First the confetti and silly string, then the presentation, now this
Dr. Malhotra and Dr Kabir: VEER
Dr. Malhotra: I will have to talk to him after this.
*** Veer comes in and sees that Hitler and Danger are still there and walks to counter to get lunch trying to avoid them both***
Dr. Kabir: VEER what is this? Huh, this is just unacceptable. Meet me in my office tomorrow morning 7:30 sharp
Veer: Tomorrow is my day off.
Dr. Kabir: I don’t care.
***Sanchi sees Veer and thinks back to when she saw him bringing food***
Pragya: Chabi do main salad lekar aati hu
Sanchi: Here, abhe yaar golgappa, mera salad tum dono ka lena aur mein yeh golgappa kaugi
She chows down the golgappas and Veer sees her.
Veer: You’re that girl who was in a hurry right
Sanchi: Ha toh
Veer: Nevermind, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN FROM NOW ON THIS DOCTOR IS MS. GOLGAPPA
Sanchi: Main tumhe chhoding nahi
Sushant: Here have a mint.
Sushant stands on the table and says SANCHI oops I mean Ms. Golgappa START THE MUSIC
Sanchi: Punjabi or Hindi
Isha: Diljit Dosanjh obviously
Sanchi plays music and everyone has a good time, eating, and dancing but “fun” doesn’t last very long at SDCH.
Dr. Kabir: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON ?? ARE YOU DOCTORS OR COLLEGE STUDENTS?? PLEASE GO TO YOUR DEPARTMENTS NOW AND WHOEVER WAS PLAYING THE MUSIC COME TO MY OFFICE NOW !!!
Everyone heads out except Sanchi, she silently follows Kabir.
Dr. Kabir: So you were playing the music. What is wrong with you?? Is that how you behave in a hospital, this isn’t a club. You will be working late today, studying patient’s files with me and working on intern lessons.
Sanchi: What do you mean Doctor?
Dr. Kabir: You are Sanchi Mishra right?
Sanchi: Yes
Dr. Kabir: Did you not listen when I was talking to you during the tour. I’m not here to babysit you. You are a family practice doctor as well as a general surgeon. I am the head of general surgeons and Dr. Malhotra decided that I need a helping hand with the interns so you will be working with me as well. As for family practice, you will meet your head next week since she is on a maternity leave.
Sanchi: (mumbles) [Ab is Khadoos ke saath poora din, home booze is getting a higher chance].
Dr. Kabir: What did you say, something about higher chance?
Sanchi: Nothing sir, what would you like me to do
Dr. Kabir: Go get the interns list from Dr. Malhotra and get their badges from Nurse Fernandez. Start making a schedule for them and based on their applications make a separate list and write who wants to work where. Start making lesson 1 for them. Here is what each lesson is suppose to be. After…
Sanchi: MORE !?!?
Dr. Kabir: After study these patient’s files because they are having surgery tomorrow. You will be performing surgery on the ones highlighted in pink so be here around 6:30 AM.
Sanchi: Where is my office?
Dr. Kabir pointed to a desk right across the room.
Sanchi: Do I not even get my own office??
Dr. Kabir: Your office is actually being remodel because you are the few doctors that has a double certification, so you will be working here for the next month
Sanchi: Iss toh better toh janham hai
Dr. Kabir: I didn’t want you to be here either not my fault Dr. Malhotra thought you will be a good teacher.
Sanchi: Excuse me, I was the intern tutor and the only intern teacher at my previous hospital, so I know what do and I’m pretty sure I’m better at it.
Dr. Kabir glares at Sanchi
Sanchi: Before you kill me with your deadly glares I will go to Dr. Malhotra and start.
Sanchi (talking to herself): Where I have I gotten myself into. Now I have to deal with this Khadoos and focus on my revenge. Let me take my time and look for medical records and other things that can help me with my revenge, No Sanchi you have to complete this long list of work before 7pm that’s 8 hours plenty of time. Walk around after.
She gets the intern list from Dr. Malhotra, her anger was boiling inside of her but luckily calms herself down. And gets the badges from Nurse Fernandez. And heads to her desk. When she starts working she plays music on her headphones. Dr. Kabir yanks out her headphones.
Sanchi: What is your problem?? I was working and MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS!!
Dr. Kabir: Your music was too loud. Again this is NOT a club, it MY office. Quietly work without any music or food or drinks. You can bring food in 3 hours.
Sanchi: Janham mein bhi inte rule nahi hoge jitne yahan hai.
Sanchi finishes ALL of her work at 8pm but Dr. Kabir stops her until 9pm because she has to perform 5 surgeries tomorrow. She leaves at 9:30 and immediately falls asleep on the couch.

Thank you so much for reading my fanfic. It means a lot. I know right now it’s a little boring and also that I’m adding too many useless details. Again this is my first ever fanfic so bear with me. I’m just trying to set everything.
As for “Otakustuff”’s confusion. Sanchi did apply at SDCH but was rejected (like it showed in episode 1), she had told her mom about it and her mom told her the entire truth about Anand Malhotra. She became an intern and doctor at a hospital which was close to SD business wise. Then this all started.
I hope this was long enough for you guys…hopefully not too boring. Also I really wanted Sanchi to be a family doctor but to be close to Kabir she is a general surgeon and intern lecturer, since she is an overachiever. I will be getting more into revenge drama as well. Like I said before I’m trying to set the story before getting into details.
I’m might post more than once but since I add more details and a lot goes on in one chapter it takes times, but I will definitely try to post more.
For now I want you guys to think what happened 3 years ago in Sanchi’s life, why is she so afraid of the media?? And what will happen tomorrow… 5 surgeries on day 2!!!
