So I’m writing after a long break. This time I’m not going to present a story. I got this idea to write after a lot of time. I think this will be useful for many. So , let’s focus on our topic.

Reducing And Overcoming Everyday Stress
Let me first describe what I meant from this topic . Many TU users are teenagers of course. And also house wives, schoolers, students etc. also use TU. So I will write this article for them.
Mostly these people have at least a few problems per a day. We over come many of these so easily that sometimes we don’t even know whether we even faced a problem or a difficulty. None can say that they don’t have problems because if we don’t have circumstances, it means we don’t live in reality. Not all are same but it’s normally like that.
I will write about some of my methods of reducing and overcoming stress, not the stress we have on exams and such but the pressure and problems we face and which cause us to think that it is actually a problem.
I won’t say a lot of professional ideas because many are students here. I’ll write about simple things.
1) MUSIC
Through this article, I will talk about overcoming stress through music. In next articles I will tell some other ways.

As many people like music, mostly teenagers and young people, this is actually a better way. For it can divert your mind in to the deep of it’s meaning or the melody.
Some likes the melody of the music while some others like the words in it. There are some people who likes the meaning of the song also. Mainly, we belong to one of these categories. But there can be some people who enjoys all these parts. However, music can make you think about it only. When you think about your problems, or you face a problem, that actually is a problem, listen to your favorite song or a random song of your favorite singer. That song will make you say the lyrics of it from your heart or from your words. So, this means this song will grab your mind and attention towards it. As the result, your problems leave you for some time. And when the music stops , that problem might come to your mind again but , now you start thinking about it from a different way. Because now your mind is diverted in to two directions , one for the song, other for your problems. For some people, listening to the same song multiple times works well.
