Raqesh Bapat joins a wildlife treatment center
Raqesh has joined the RESQ’s wildlife treatment center in Pune. For the unversed, RESQ attends to wildlife emergencies, large animal calls & technical rescues of all kinds.
Raqesh who was last seen in a romantic music video is busy prepping for his next. The actor has extended an invitation to all his fans to join him for an activity this November.
Raqesh took to his social media account to share the news with his fans and followers, he wrote, “I wanted to connect & support a cause where there was hands-on work being done for animals! I was blown away by the care going into the 200 animals under treatment & rehabilitation there. One of the founders, Neha Panchamia showed me around & I really got to understand how wild animal rehabilitation is so different.”
He added, “I am going to dedicate a full day there this month as a volunteer. If anyone wants to join me, send me a message on my Instagram. Besides volunteers, what they really need are space heaters, towels & blankets since it is getting really cold out there. My primary idea is to rescue & release.”
