“Rang Pyar Ka – Again” (Devna), Part – 18

Recap – Yash is not well. Sona comes to Dev office to give him a file. They become friends.

Dev and Sona in car. Sona looks at an ice-cream shop.
Sona (shouts) – stop……stop……stop.
Dev stops the car.
Dev (scared) – kya hua…? (what happened…?)
Sona (points her finger towards ice cream shop) – wo dekh rahe hain aap..? (look there)
Dev – ??????
Sona (kiddish) – mujhe ice cream chahiye….( I want ice cream)
Dev (confused) – kya…..??? (what….???)
Sona – what what? I said I want ice cream……simple
Dev – Are you serious ?Tum ice icream kab se khane lag gayi?
Sona – kab se….matlab? I love ice cream.
Dev (slowly) – Dev, pakka ye teri wali Sona nahi hai… jab ye Yash ke sath thi tab zaroor kahin exchange ho gayi hogi…(Dev, definitely its not your sona… perhaps she got exchanged when she was with Yash)
Sona – Dev… aap khud se kya baat kar rahe hain…? ( what are you talking to yourself?
Dev (stammers) – kuch nahi…(nothing)
Sona – aap ice cream la rahe hain ya main khud jaaun ? (are you going to get ice cream or should I go ?)
Dev (smiles) – ok…tumhe jane ki jarurt nahi hai…tum yahi ruko… main lekar aata hoon… tum gadi se bahar mat aana (you need not to go…just wait… I bring it for you… don’t come out of car)
Sona – ok
Dev gets out the car and crosses the road.
Dev (while crossing the road) – Ye sona ko kya ho gaya ? use ice cream khani hai… I think wo ye bhi bhul gayi ki wo ek nutrionist hai wo bhi bhot stict and khadoos… par ye bhi achcha hi hai…ab hume wo tasteless healthy food nahi khana padega. (what happened to Sona ? she wants to eat ice cream. I think she has forgotten that she is a strict nutrionist… well… it is good for us… we need not have that tasteless healthy food now)
Sona (to herself) – maine Dev ko ye to bataya hi nahi ki mujhe konsa flavour chahiye.
Sona gets out of the car and start crossing the road. In the mid she feels dizzy and about to fall. But you know when our hero is there then how can our heroin can fall. Obviously Dev sees her and runs.
Dev (shouts) – Sonaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…….
Dev manages to reach to Sona before she falls and picks her in his arms and comes back in the car. Dev gets tensed. Dev sprinkles some water on Sona, she slightly wakes up.
Dev – Sona…..Sona…..
Sona (slowly open her eyes) – hmmm
They both lost staring at each other. Some irritating sound of horn from back. Sona feels awkward.
Dev – tum thik to ho na… maine tumhe gadi se bahar aane ko mana kiya tha na…phir kyun aayi yum… agar tumhe kuch ho jata to…(are you alright ? I told you not to come out of car, why you came out? What if something happens to you?)
Sona (composes herself) – tum mere sath ho to mujhe kya ho sakta hai ? (when you are with me, nothing will happen to me)
Dev (too smile) – Sona, tumhe apna dhyan rakhna chahiye. (you should take care of yourself)
Sona (smiles) – tum mujhse ice cream ka flavour pooche bina hi chale gaye the isiliye main bas tumhe ice cream ka flavour batane aa rahi thi. (you did not ask me the flavour of ice cream thatsy I was coming to tell you)
Dev – mujhe pata hai ki tumhe chocolate flavour pasand hai, isiliye maine nahi poocha (I know that you like chocolate flavour, thtsy I did not ask)
Sona – how do you know ?
Dev (gets nervous and stammers) – wo…….am…..
Sona – shayad Yash ne bataya hoga (perhaps yash would have told you)
Dev – haan….haan…..yash ne hi bataya tha. (yes…..yash only told me)
Finally Dev brings ice cream and they both enjoy.

They both come home. Sona is so happy. It seems that she enjoys Dev’s company. All are happy to see this too. Yash fumes to see this.
Ish (worried fake) – Sona beta, tum bina bataye kahan chali gayi thi ? (where you went without telling anyone?)
Sona – Wo… aunty ji, Dev ka phone aaya tha ki unki ek jaruri file ghar par reh gayi hai… mujhe laga aap sab so rahe hain to maine aapko aapko disturb nahi kiya aur main khud hi file dene chali gayi. (Actually aunty, Dev called and told about an important file, he forgot at home. You all were sleeping so I myself went to give the file.
Asha – achcha kiya beta, par agli baar jaao to bata kar jana. (you did right, but next time tell us before going)
Sona nods and heads to her room.

Precap – Yash gets angry on Sona and shouts badly. Sona cries.
