Ramayan a great epic

Dasharath, King of Ayodhya had 3 queens and 1 daughter Shanta married to Rishyasring, after some years, he got 4 sons from his 3 wives – Kausalya, Kaikeyi, Sumitra – Ram, Bharat, Lakshman, Shatrughn who were married to Mithila sisters – Sita,Mandavi, Urmila, Shrutakirti.
They all were avtars of vishnu and lakshmi.

On advice of her maid Manthara, Kaikeyi send Ram for 14 years exile and wanted his son to be made king. Ram followed the words, Lakshman and Sita also followed him to exile.
When kaikeyi son, return to Ayodhya, he was shocked to see his father death and disowned his mother for what she did.

He went to van to take Ram back but he refused so he took his sandals and placed it on the throne and went to nandigram.

Nidra devi approached Lakshman as he refused to sleep for 14 years so on his request, she asked her to go to his wife and ask to sleep on his and her own behalf. His wife agreed to sleep for 14 years, her cousins looked after her and the mothers, Shatrughn looked after the kingdom.
Ram freed Sita from Ravan who kidnapped her by killing him. They returned to Ayodhya after 14 years, Lakshman went to his wife and she woke up from sleep.
Ram is coronated as King. On hearing words against Sita, Ram asked Lakshman to take her to valmiki ashram, Lakshman told everything to her and returned to Ayodhya.

After 11,000 years, Ram divided the kingdom between his sons and coronated his nephews as kings in various regions.

The sisters of Sita took samadhi and died peacefully in their sleep.
Few days later, Lakshman took samadhi and few days later, Ram, Bharat, Shatrughn took samadhi. The people of Ayodhya, Sugriv also took samadhi.
