Gayatri harshly taunts Isha, accusing her of endangering Om and deliberately shaming their family. She blames Isha for lying to her in-laws and claims that if the jeweler hadn’t been a family acquaintance, Om would’ve ended up in jail. She questions how Isha always claims ignorance whenever her family makes a mistake, hinting that Isha might be playing a manipulative game.
Om, who has been silently listening, finally speaks up, accusing Gayatri of being the real game player in the house. Jagdish defends Gayatri, holding Isha accountable for her family’s actions. Om retaliates by asking where this accountability was when Amitabh falsely accused Isha. Tension rises between Om and Jagdish until Isha steps in, apologizing with folded hands for her family’s actions and promising it won’t happen again. Acharya assures her he knows she’s innocent and urges everyone to let the matter rest.
Later, a disheartened Om isolates himself. When Isha asks what’s wrong, he expresses disappointment, especially over her apologizing when she did nothing wrong. Isha explains she did it to restore peace and admits that perhaps her presence has brought Om more problems than joy. Moved, Om embraces her and tells her never to say that again. They share a light moment before Om receives a call from Munna bhaiya and leaves, hoping for good news.
However, Munna informs Om that he’s been blacklisted from government jobs, with damaging records attached to his name. Devastated, Om imagines his entire family calling him a failure. He spirals into despair, drowns himself in alcohol, and stumbles drunkenly through the streets — only to be struck by Dhruv’s vehicle in a tragic turn of events.
The episode ends.
