Om stumbles around drunkenly in a disheveled state while his friends try to restrain him, urging him to control himself. Defiant, Om declares he won’t stop until he proves his innocence. The next morning, Garima is at the market buying vegetables when Om and his friends approach her with menacing looks. Without a word, Om smashes a beer bottle against his own leg, terrifying Garima, who flees in panic. Om and his friends chase her on their bikes, surrounding her. Garima considers fainting to escape, but Om sees through her act and warns his friends they should run her over. Terrified, she begs for mercy, but Om coldly states that she and her sister ruined everything he was trying to fix—he won’t let her go.
Cornered, Garima confesses the truth: Gayatri manipulated the situation and lied to Isha, sabotaging Om’s relationships. Isha, overhearing, realizes her mistake. Om declares he was innocent all along, and Isha admits she was wrong not to trust him. Falling to his knees, Om asks if she’ll return to Ram Bhavan with him, and she agrees.
When Jagdish’s mother inquires about Om and Isha, he lies, saying they’re busy with Om’s studies. Surprised to see them together, Jagdish questions them, and they share the truth. Later, in their room, Om and Isha reconcile, speaking openly after a long time. Om pleads for her trust, vowing he’ll never act in a way that would shame him. They rekindle their friendship.
That night, Jagdish confronts Gayatri, accusing her of ruining things based on false assumptions. He insists Om is trying to change, and she shouldn’t interfere. Gayatri dismisses him, claiming she has no time for his family drama. Isha intervenes, condemning Gayatri’s actions, but Gayatri defends herself, questioning why Om didn’t destroy the question paper immediately if he truly didn’t intend to cheat.
