While speaking with a client, Om is distracted when he sees Isha and Dhruv happily chatting nearby. The client casually remarks that someday Om’s wife will also enjoy a luxurious life with him—implying that women crave wealth and comfort. Though the client is merely trying to push his own agenda, Om becomes increasingly jealous and agitated watching Isha and Dhruv together. In a fit of anger, he rejects the deal outright and walks away.

Later that night, while playing a game with friends at home, Om vents his frustration, admitting he’s realized that money is the most important thing in life. He declares that he wants to earn enough to buy Isha anything she desires. His friends respond bluntly, saying that with his current salary, he can barely manage household expenses.

Gayatri, overhearing

the conversation, chimes in with harsh words. Om accuses her of constantly eavesdropping, but she coldly retorts that Dhruv could easily afford to hire ten people like him. She claims that Isha and Dhruv share the same class and lifestyle, which is why she seems so content around him. Gayatri adds that, given the choice, Isha would’ve never married someone like Om. Her words deeply affect him, though his friends urge him not to take her seriously.

Later, Om enters his room and finds documents scattered across the bed. Isha, meanwhile, shows him a new suit and asks for his opinion. Om compliments it and asks what it’s for. Isha explains she has her first meeting with foreign delegates the next day at the Lotus Palace Hotel and is preparing for it. She mentions the suit was gifted by her father, who used to shower her with lavish presents like expensive cars, simply out of love. Hearing this, Om is once again overwhelmed with insecurity.

Isha then honestly shares that she met Dhruv at a café for a work meeting and promises to keep Om informed about her daily activities at the office. Om reassures her that he completely trusts her and only worries for her safety. Isha goes to bed peacefully, but Om, consumed by self-doubt and pressure, spends the night restless.

Unable to bear it any longer, Om calls Rakesh and agrees to his proposal—but with one condition. He asks Rakesh to speak to Kamal Joshi about offering Isha a job in his office. Meanwhile, Gayatri, watching Isha grow more confident and professional, is enraged. She secretly arranges for a photographer to capture candid pictures of Isha and Dhruv, aiming to highlight their chemistry through the lens.
