Isha tries to explain to Om that she joined his company only because she had taken a loan from him to save Ram Bhavan, and despite trying at many places, the false theft allegations against her led to constant rejection. Dhruv’s office was the only place where she was hired for her talent and self-respect, with no other intentions. Om, consumed by anger, questions her integrity, reminding her that he too was in Dhruv’s office the previous night and saw no colleagues, contradicting her claim. He also points out that while she said she came home by auto, it was Dhruv who dropped her—accusing her of multiple lies. In a fit of rage, Om smashes a mirror, injuring his hand. Isha pleads with him to stop, but Om says the real pain is in his heart and warns that anyone close to him would now feel it too.
Feeling shattered, Isha prays before the house temple, asserting her innocence before God. Om, however, declares that her betrayal has destroyed all trust. As Isha runs upstairs in tears, Acharya intervenes, scolding Om for accusing her without knowing the truth. Janki supports Isha too, shaming Om and asking him to leave the house until he calms down. Janki then comforts Isha, assuring her that both she and Acharya believe in her innocence and that Om is at fault this time.
Om later faces backlash from his friends and Mala Bhabi, who urge him to shed his ego and see the truth—that Isha’s actions were out of sacrifice and love for him and his family. That night, Om returns home, acknowledges his mistake, apologizes to Isha, and seeks to make amends. Isha, seeing his genuine remorse, forgives him. Om then requests her to leave Dhruv’s company, unable to tolerate her working near Dhruv. Meanwhile, Gayatri plots to escalate the situation further.
